  • Comfortable and well equipped condo, in a great location!

"I stayed at this condo for about a month. Condo is very well equipped, with everything you will need to be comfortable, and feel at home. Very nice bed, lots of extra pillows, all the kitchen appliances wanted, this condo has it all. Close to everything, and walking distance to Pearl District. If I were to say the cons about this place it would be that the train is loud, very loud. This area also has somewhat of a homeless problem going on. That being said, neither really bothered me, and I truly loved my stay here!"

  • A happy experience

"I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. I especially liked the view over the river from the front room & from the terrace. I spent a good deal of time on the terrace, enjoying meals & watching the boats on the river. (Friends who came to visit enjoyed the view, too!) Another attractive feature of the condo is that it is very conveniently located for those who like walking or jogging on the path along the waterfront (just steps away), & anyone who is reasonably fit can easily walk to downtown Portland. I found the apartment generally comfortable & conveniently outfitted, furnishing everything that one could reasonably expect - & more. The kitchen was well-appointed (which was important to me, as I had guests over for some meals), & there were ample supplies of all sorts - cleaning supplies, bathroom items, dishes, a variety of spices, even scotch tape. The bed was comfortable, too. Lisa, the owner, was wonderfully kind & patient & helpful at every stage. I am not young & this greatly contributed to my enjoying my stay."

  • Good place to stay in Portland

"This was a really nice condo to stay in for my birthday trip to Portland. There was a group of 5 of us, and it was definitely cheaper than a hotel would have been. It was a bit outside of town, but in general, it was easy to get around via Lyft/Uber, and we saw everything we wanted to see."

  • Comfy condo in a great location

"This 1 bedroom Pearl District condo was a great choice for our weekend stay in Portland. The condo is small but comfortably appointed--it is better suited for a couple rather than 4 adults due to the lack of a sofa bed. However, a self-inflating air mattress is included which worked for our needs. The condo is in a convenient location within walking distance of the fun Saturday market, several yummy restaurants, and even the famed Voodoo Donuts. It is a short car/Uber/Max ride to many other locations downtown. Like several other reviews stated, it is located close to the Steel Bridge which is a busy route for the local Max as well as many larger (and noisier) freight trains. The noise was never very bothersome to us, but it may be a good idea to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I really appreciated the included box fan and extra towels/linens! Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed being right along the riverfront and close to everything we needed!"
