Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in this condo and it is exceptional! We will reserve it again for next year. There are simply no negatives on this unit. Of course we love the beach, the area and the many activities available.

Great location, everything we needed!

The condo was in a great spot... Just at the top of the stairwell, still had a view of the ocean, and the building is so close to the beach, with a nice walkway and showers for convenience! We grilled out one evening, and cooked in a few times and had everything we needed. Our two girls had the sofa bed and they slept well. (They sleep well on about anything. Oh, to be young.) And I moved one of the bunk bed mattresses to the floor next to the large bed for my infant son. It was just right! The place was clean and well maintained. The sink broke on our last full day there, but things like that happen. It had to be replaced, and the lady who cleans the condo and the plumber she hired were both so friendly and helpful. This is our second stay at Seaside Villas, our first in this condo. We highly recommend both to anyone looking for an affordable place VERY close to the beach!
