St. James Park vacation rentals

This is the second year in a row we've stayed in this villa. As with our last stay this place was wonderful. The villa is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and surprisingly spacious. The condo has newer appliances and all the amenities you'd need during your stay. I believe the couches are new since our stay last year. The owner is very easy to work with and super responsive if you need to contact him. The location is in the Kingston Plantation gated community. It has a secluded park like setting, with minimal noise and traffic. This is still with in a short drive of restaurant row and tons of shopping. The Villa over looks a pond and is really close to the pool and a few minute walk from the beach. We have been coming to Myrtle beach for almost 20 years and staying in Kingston Plantation for about 10 of those years, this is my families favorite Villa. I honestly have noting negative to say about this place or the owner. If you stay here you'll be glad you did. We are already looking forward to our stay here next year.

Beautiful home in close enough proximity to the beach, had an amazing stay!

The property was spotless, peaceful and plenty of amenities. We enjoyed the villa as large bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and only a few minutes to walk to ocean. Several pools, nice lake and private beach. Would definitely stay again.
