Step out onto the private balcony that overlooks a peaceful terrace. This is an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee, unwind with a good book, or relax after a sun-soaked day by the ocean. With a thoughtful layout and flexible sleeping arrangements, this condo comfortably hosts up to 8 guests, featuring a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, twin trundle (twin on top and a pull-out twin below), and a sleeper sofa.



As you walk through the front door, the fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located to your right. Designed with both functionality and charm in mind, it features sleek granite countertops, warm wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances including a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or a full family dinner, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips, including a cozy dining nook with a table and chairs. The cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and glasses, making it easy to dine in. Of course, if you're in the mood to explore, a variety of fantastic restaurants are nearby, and delivery from local favorites is always an option through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Postmates.



To the left of the entryway, you’ll find the guest bedroom. This room is both cozy and versatile, offering a queen-sized bed and a twin trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests. Two nightstands, a dresser, and a flat screen TV complete the space, along with a ceiling fan and a window that lets in soft natural light. This bedroom also connects to the first full bathroom, which is accessible from both the room and the hallway. It’s outfitted with a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet.



Down the hall, tucked behind bi-fold doors, is the in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays and beach days even more convenient. Past the laundry area, the condo opens up into the heart of the home: the living and dining room. With its vaulted cathedral ceilings and comfortable, coastal-inspired decor, this space is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Enjoy meals around the dining table with seating for six, or grab a seat at the bar-height counter just behind it. The living room features a plush sofa that converts to a bed, two stylish accent chairs, side tables, a flat screen TV, and a fireplace that adds just the right touch of charm. Glass doors lead out to the private balcony, offering a quiet view and a lovely breeze.



Just off the living area is the primary bedroom. This serene retreat features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a spacious dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a cozy accent chair. Guests staying here will enjoy the privacy of their own ensuite bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet.



As part of the Kingston Plantation community, you’ll be surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds, walking trails, and serene lakes. The resort offers fantastic amenities, including several on-site restaurants, the lively Black Drum Brewing, and two pools. Guests will not have access to the splash pool, health club, spa and fitness center.



Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples' retreat, or a peaceful solo escape, our villa offers a clean, stylish, and thoughtfully curated space that’s perfect for making lasting memories by the coast.



Please note: this is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony. Smoking of any kind will result in fines or eviction. Pets are not allowed in the unit or anywhere on the resort grounds. There are no elevators and this unit is located on the second floor. Guests will need to walk up steps to get to the unit. The minimum age to book is 18, and the maximum occupancy is four guests.
