S t. James Park 2 habitaciones, 2 baños en la hermosa Kingston Plantation, una comunidad de 145 acres cerrada frente al mar. Esta villa de planta baja se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida en la calle St. Comunidad de James Park. Nuestra villa cuenta con pisos de madera noble en la sala, el comedor y los dos dormitorios. La cocina y los baños tienen suelos de baldosas. Gabinetes renovados y encimeras de granito en la cocina y los baños, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable nuevos, televisores inteligentes de 50 "montados en la pared (con roku) en la sala de estar y televisores montados en la pared de 32" en ambas habitaciones (2do dormitorio con roku). El amplio dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size con ropa de cama inspirada en la costa. El baño adyacente cuenta con doble lavabo y una ducha / bañera, todas con accesorios renovados. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen size y una cama doble. El segundo baño cuenta con un lavamanos y una ducha / bañera con accesorios renovados. Nuestra villa tiene un garaje cubierto privado a pasos de la puerta de entrada. La piscina en St. James está ubicado en nuestra puerta de atrás. Una piscina frente al mar también está disponible para su uso y está ubicada entre las torres North Hampton y South Hampton. El nuevo club de salud está disponible (78 Fitness) para su uso por una tarifa nominal, así como un nuevo y hermoso spa (Spa33) donde podrá disfrutar de una variedad de servicios de spa. El océano es corto, fácil de caminar, donde puedes disfrutar de 1/2 milla de hermosas playas anchas de arena blanca. I’m sorry I cannot give a better review of Jessica’s stay, but upon check-out, our place reeked of smoke (pot) in our non-smoking unit. The stopper on our storm door is now damaged and needs to be replaced (no communication about this), and our brand new bedroom quilts are stained with red sauce. We’re just very glad our cleaning partner was there promptly upon check-out to thoroughly clean, air out, and replace stained linens. I understand accidents happen, but blatant disregard for the rental agreement rules is disappointing.

Hidden gem at Kingston

Cozy well appointed and extremely close to the pool and a short walk to the ocean. Much better than staying in the high rises. Perfect for the family especially with kids. Will definitely return next year.

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed the villa at Kingston Plantation, it was very roomy for a family of 4. The pool and ocean were within walking distance, the car port was nice during rain, the villa was very clean and had all the amenities of home. Lynn was excellent to work with and very prompt on her responses. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

It was brought to my attention that a dog was in the villa during your stay. As outlined clearly in the rental agreement and house rules provided prior to your arrival (and to which you agreed), pets are strictly prohibited at Kingston Plantation and our property. Clearly, you are well aware of this restriction having visited Kingston for “40 years.” We are very disappointed that this rule was ignored and with the condition you left the property. I was unaware of the problem with the kick plate on the bedroom door. It will be repaired promptly.

Wonderful Stay

So much good to say about this villa and especially the owners. Lynn was fantastic. She even remembered it was going to be my Wife’s birthday during our stay and wished her a happy birthday. Plus, they were very responsive and understanding when we decided to extend our stay (Twice!). Their villa is outstanding. Very clean, open, and very conveniently located with the pool right around the corner within walking distance. We will definitely stay again, and again, and again…ha,ha.

Long Weekend Family trip

We (my family of 4 adults) stayed at this villa in Kingston Plantation for the second time. We were so impressed with this villa on the first stay, we decided to come back again! This place is very clean and up to date...the owners have taken great care to make this place beautiful. Communication is excellent and the owners encouraged us to contact them with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this villa to anyone....you will not be disappointed!

Great condo is Kingston Plantation

I have stayed in Kingston Plantation a few times and Myrtle Beach generally several times. This is the best rental we have had anywhere. Maybe a five minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the pool. The condo was exceptionally clean, plenty of room for four adults and two children, and had everything we could possibly need for our trip. Lynn always provided me information before I thought about it and was quick to respond if I had a question. I would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in MB.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this 2-bedroom villa was perfect - the St. James pool was right outside the door and the ocean and Apache Pier was a 5 minute walk. Shopping and restaurants were plentiful nearby. The villa was very clean and had all the things we needed to prepare our meals. It was nice to park the car in a covered carport as well. There is a lot of beach equipment available, including chairs and a cart to haul things to the beach. My granddaughter enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys on our trips to the beach! The unit has updated bathrooms and A/C, and the beds were very comfortable. The updated kitchen was well stocked and the dining area was large and comfortable. Lynn is a great host and communicated very promptly with instructions that were easy to follow to make our check-in worry free. Highly recommend this unit and we will likely return.

We loved our stay. The property was welcoming and close to all the outdoor amenities (i.e. pool, beach access, fitness center) my family wanted to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this property. Clean/beautiful home away from home

We have stayed in Kingston Plantation for many years. Usually, West Hyde Park or Richmond Park. However, this by far was our favorite stay and will hopefully be able to continue to stay for years to come. The property is exceptionally clean. At every other location we always had many problems with what they call Palmetto bugs but what we Ohioans call cockroaches lol -at this property we saw a couple outside and that was it. It was a huge relief. Not only was the property exceptionally clean but it is just beautiful. From the decor to the outside balcony that looks straight at the beautiful pool, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Another thing that no other condo has provided us in the past is beach chairs or beach towels, along with laundry detergent dish soap etc. this property had everything. It was nice that they had a little area with paper and pens and scissors because you don’t realize how often you use scissors and don’t take them on vacation with you. The owners truly thought of everything before renting out their property. Also dealing with the owners was an absolute delight. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and providing details on arrival and departure. The neighbors were all extremely kind and like I said, a 10 second walk to the pool and a few minute walk to the beach really came in handy. This property by far was the cleanest but also the most beautiful location we have yet stayed in Kingston plantation. St. James Park is definitely one of the nicest areas of Kingston plantation and we have wanted to stay there for years, this year we were blessed with being able to stay there and now have found somewhere that we would like to stay over and over again. It truly felt like home for a few days.
