"We absolutely loved this property and how easy it was to book. We found their brochure at the Tennessee Welcome Center about 2 hours away. We were able to easily secure the cabin for two over the phone and by e-signing the rental agreement through my smart phone. Bear Hugs is a beautiful cabin for two with a jacuzzi tub, look-through fireplace separating the living from the sleeping area, outdoor hot-tub, fully furnished kitchen, grill and ample deck space for lounging. Complimentary hand-made soaps and taffee from the candy shop at Old Mill Square in Sevierville. (By the way ... check it out, too.) We only stayed for two days, but believe me we'll be coming back when we have more time. The property is close to all local attractions, Pidgeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, The Inn at Christmas Place, Smokey Mountain National Park. The cabin was also very resonably priced, especially for all the amenities. It was a nice change staying in this super cute cabin, instead of the Marriott or like hotel. I would recommend Old Mill Lodging to everyone!"

"My family spend Thanksgiving at the Journey this year, absolutely one of the best times we have ever had away from home. Our grandkids loves all the entertainment, the air hockey, the pool table, and the Xbox, all came in very handy. The adults just loved the quiet time upstairs enjoying the beautiful view from the balcony. Not to mention the hot tub. There was plenty of room for everyone, and everything was very clean. What a great place to spend the holidays. Thank you Jack. We will be coming back."

  • Perfect

"I'm very picky when it comes to my accommodations, so it means a lot when I give something five stars. This home was very clean and in a great neighborhood. It was the perfect distance from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge to make you forget about the nightmare traffic. The beds and furniture were very nice. The home had a great amount of living space, as opposed to a condo or similar accommodations. Seriously, the master bedroom is a real master bedroom! The three bathrooms were nice and spacious as well. This house wasn't nestled on the side of a mountain, but that's not what I was looking for. In fact, that's what I was trying to avoid. If you want a nice and roomy home in a quiet setting, yet convenient to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge, you can't go wrong with this one."
