  • Gorgeous View, Gorgeous Home, Beautiful Vacation

"We had the best experience renting this beautiful cabin. The homeowner is as sweet as they come, and always available for any questions. The property offers the most gorgeous view of the mountains, and the cabin itself is very, very clean and comfortable! Even though the pool was closed since it is considered the "winter season" now, we were able to roast marshmallows in a fire we made and top the night off with a nice glass of wine in the hot tub. The cabin is very spacious, lots of privacy to the bedrooms each having their own bathroom. There is a game room on the 1st level and a fun loft on the 3rd. We had such a great experience, that we plan to try and re-book this property next fall."

  • We just want to thank you as we loved our stay at big bear cabin!

"The cabin photos were fabulous but seeing it in person was amazing. very clean, spacious and the decor is so fitting for a log cabin! So many great detail went into the decorating, furniture ect. The hot tub worked great, kitchen well stocked and cozy fireplace was so easy to use with a touch of a button! We love that our 2 dogs got to join us as they are also our family and they had a great time.the ease of making a reservation was nice, lady on phone very professional ! Your price and what you offer beat all others out that we looked at and believe me we did our research! Probably hundreds of cabins . We give you 5 stars!Location was the best, nice quit small country town with so many neat unique shops and a close drive to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. The only things maybe to point out is that the drive was steep getting up to cabin and with a 4 cylinder made me nervous and cabin was ltold had fire pit but was a really small man made one in the back, we took it upon ourselves to fix that by hauling large rocks and expanding circle even bringing over stumps to sit on, we made it fun and did together and enjoyed nice fire that night! Thanks again, we will be getting married there next year and looking forward to coming back"

  • quiet, secluded and cozy

"Our six year old picked this cabin out because of the name and John deere tractors. We loved the cabin and at the inexpensive price it was wonderful. Mr Westcott is very friendly and keeps in touch with emails, answers phone calls and returns them in a timely manner. The cabin was very clean and made to feel at home. Kitchen is partly stock with items used for cooking and eating. The tub, toilet and shower were clean. There were plenty of thick towels and wash clothes provided. The hot tub was clean and water was hot even though we didn't have time to used it. The air conditioner worked perfect. This is why we gave a five star rating. The only thing we had problems with was the smell of the water but that's nothing Mr Westcott can do about except maybe add water filtration to the kitchen sink for drinking and brushing teeth. All in all everything was wonderful. Thank you for making our stay feel like home."

  • Named correctly-Heavens Window

"Very nice cabin. The best view I have ever had from a cabin in that area. There was so much to see and do in the area. Ziplining, gem mining, horseback riding, rafting down the river, comedy shows, dining and shopping were top notch! The location is perfect! Close to everything, but you feel like you are in the middle of no where. The owner was wonderful to work with. The home was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The main downfall is that the wall in the master bedroom doesn't go to the ceiling so if anyone is in the living room or kitchen there is no sleeping in the master. The floors are very creaky so when one person woke up so was everyone else. Also could be cleaner. Lots of spider webs that would require a ladder to reach. I got 2 spider bites! A ladder would be good to clean those windows too. Floors needed to be mopped. On the first day I wiped up something off the floor and the paper towel came back black. I was surprised because they looked clean. Overall a wonderful community and very nice cabin."
