"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice; clean and ready with everything we needed to start our weekend. The management group sent emails ahead of arrival with instructions on access to the property and invoicing for the stay. Picked up the keys around 7:30pm on the 15th without an issue. Moved right in and had a blast. We've stayed at this property about 6 times over the past several years. We always enjoy it. The only issue now is that as the community has grown some weekenders in other properties are not as courteous as they should be."

  • Perfect little getaway - will stay again!

"My husband, daughter, daughter's friend and myself went to 130 Seamist this past week for a Spring Break getaway. It was better than what I expected. The pictures do not do it service. The condo has been newly remodeled and we had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was clean and organized. There were a couple of little quirks. The drain in the shower drains very slowly. The lights in the master bedroom stay on when the fan is on. So, if you want to have the fan on while you are sleeping, you will need to loosen the light bulbs in the fixture. The TV in the living room needs to manually be turned on/off - the remote needs to be reprogrammed. None of these things affected our stay or made it any less than. It was just little things I noticed. One of the major perks is it had a washer and dryer that worked very well. This made our stay very comfortable. The condo is within walking distance of the beach (you can sit on the porch and hear the waves, but another house is blocking the view, but is very pretty to look at). You are a stone's throw away from anything you need on the island, to include a grocery store. The pool area is phenomenal and it seems like a little private island. You can look at it from the balcony. At night it is very pretty when all lit up. Bring bug spray though! The first night we had a crawfish boil outside in the yard by the pool and we were all eaten up by mosquitoes. Never in my life have I been bitten that bad. This property is very quiet, which we loved. It was very calm and serene, even though we were there during Spring Break. The bedroom was great for my husband and I, and the girls slept on the futon. There was extra bedding for the futon provided, to include 2 pillows. Overall, it is a great place to stay and definitely worth the price!"
