  • Great size and location!

"We loved the house. Was plenty of room for everyone and nice to have a full kitchen. We met a few of the neighbors and everybody was really friendly. The pool is very small but hardly saw anyone in there besides us. We had an issue with air conditioner and after we called the gentleman was there to help within a few minutes. Overall was amazing and we will definitely stay again!"

  • Great location, gorgeous views and family oriented home!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a long holiday weekend at the property. Very much enjoyed the house, which is located close to the beach, but in a low traffic area (AWESOME AND RARE)! The house was in good shape (not great). Microwave, garage doors and some of the external lights didn't work and the dishes/silverware needed to be washed before use. All in all we were very happy and would stay here again. We would recommend it and enjoyed the experience!"

  • Perfect little getaway - will stay again!

"My husband, daughter, daughter's friend and myself went to 130 Seamist this past week for a Spring Break getaway. It was better than what I expected. The pictures do not do it service. The condo has been newly remodeled and we had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was clean and organized. There were a couple of little quirks. The drain in the shower drains very slowly. The lights in the master bedroom stay on when the fan is on. So, if you want to have the fan on while you are sleeping, you will need to loosen the light bulbs in the fixture. The TV in the living room needs to manually be turned on/off - the remote needs to be reprogrammed. None of these things affected our stay or made it any less than. It was just little things I noticed. One of the major perks is it had a washer and dryer that worked very well. This made our stay very comfortable. The condo is within walking distance of the beach (you can sit on the porch and hear the waves, but another house is blocking the view, but is very pretty to look at). You are a stone's throw away from anything you need on the island, to include a grocery store. The pool area is phenomenal and it seems like a little private island. You can look at it from the balcony. At night it is very pretty when all lit up. Bring bug spray though! The first night we had a crawfish boil outside in the yard by the pool and we were all eaten up by mosquitoes. Never in my life have I been bitten that bad. This property is very quiet, which we loved. It was very calm and serene, even though we were there during Spring Break. The bedroom was great for my husband and I, and the girls slept on the futon. There was extra bedding for the futon provided, to include 2 pillows. Overall, it is a great place to stay and definitely worth the price!"
