    "My family and I came to St George to watch my son's last baseball game at Dixie State University and couldn't have had better accommodation for 8 people. The layout of the condo is so spacious and the deck even more so. The unit was clean and the beds so comfortable. Would highly recommend this unit and resort to anyone."

  • Cozy and immaculately clean!

    "This condo was very cozy and clean with all of the ammenities we could need. There was lots of wildlife all around. It took us a bit longer to get to both Bryce and Zion than stated in the description if that is important to you. There was also a little bit of noise fromthe road. For the price, it was perfect, though. Very nice to be able to prepare our lunches for the parks and we were so happy with the extreme cleanliness and hospitality"

  • Great Location, Comfortable Digs

    "This one bedroom condo is about a 100 steps to Park City Mountain Resort Center and maybe 10 blocks' walk (or supereasy 2-min free shuttle ride) to the heart of Old Town Park City -- and its fine restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also no more than 500 yards from Alpine Properties, the property manager. No car is needed (though there's ample parking if needed). You really could not ask for a better location for the price. As for the space, it is slightly tired/faded, with grout needed in the bathroom and a cracked dining room chair and a positively ancient sound system, but it is very comfortable, reasonably quiet (some footsteps from upstairs neighbors), made romantic by a wood burning fireplace with ample wood, and a small deck for people/mountain watching that gets wonderful late afternoon light. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of counterspace and is reasonably well-appointed for cooking at home. Wifi, TV as advertised. Alpine properties had excellent communication and provided space for us to leave our bags before checkin and after check out to enable to get some extra skiing in. The bedroom is reasonably comfortable with plenty of storage. This is good for a couple in the bedroom and maybe one person more on the sofa. Certainly no more than four people. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property, which was never crowded while we were there, a 7-11 steps away for quick runs for must-haves, and a grocery store right by Alpine properties. The price was reasonable, Alpine properties courteous and responsive, and I would not hesitate to come here again."

  • Family of 11

    "We needed a house to host our four families with ages ranging from two to 72 convenient to SLC airport and area activities. This house served us well. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, the large dining room table, the proximity to groceries, drug store, and the best of Park City. The bus stopped at the front door so no one had to wait for the others to go places. The linens were fresh. I loved the wood floors, the rugs, not so much. The couple of times I needed help, the property manager was prompt and helpful. I would rent again!"
