  • Breath-taking location, perfect for big groups

"This property is perfect for big groups. The common area is on the upper level with sleeping quarters below. There are plenty of little decks, lawns and outdoor spaces. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are two wood burning fireplaces in the common area, and it's the BEST! The View is absolutely mind-boggling and you can hike to Stewart Falls directly from the house. We had a lovely meal in the treeroom at Sundance and both the food and the wines blew us away. We will be back for sure! A few small things to know: • Internet is slow (about 8 dial-ups worth). We had to make sure only one person was on if they needed to get something done online. • It's very hard to find. Strongly recommend contacting them before your stay to make sure you understand which roads to take and not take (because Google Maps took us up a road we weren't really supposed to be on). • There weren't any toiletries provided. None of us brought body soap, so just plan for that."

  • A wonderful stay at Tony Mckerr's fine house.

"The massive-dimension, multilevel house with soaring ceilings seemed like a kind of rough hewn mountainside castle that easily absorbed 11 family members having a 3 generation reunion. We could all mill around in the kitchen together and sit at one table whether indoors or out - a rare treat in rental property. three double bedrooms and, best of all, a multi bunk kids dormitory bedroom were just what we needed. The house is beautifully sited with stunning canyon views and provides lots of substantive outdoor seating on the huge deck to look at them. Nearby Aspen Grove splendor was easily accessed for family hiking and we floated en mass down the Provo River. Although these were close by needing only a few minutes drive, watch out for the traffic threat of lunatic Utah drivers speeding around the corners. We saw one major smash near the Sundance road intersection with half a dozen emergency vehicles. The property served us well in all respects."
