  • Loved everything about this property!

"Fall in Sundance is something everyone needs to experience at least once in their lifetime. The leaves were red, orange and yellow, and the air was crisp. We rode the ski lift up the mountain, then hiked down to Stewart Falls and on to the trail that leads to Sundance, which took us straight to the unit. So convenient! I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay in this condo cottage. The property has everything you would ever need and more. My son said it looked like a museum, because the decor and artifacts all tell a story and are unique. The cozy kitchen has a two burner stove, but worked perfect for me. I'd been eating Whole 30, and made most meals from scratch, but did splurge and eat at The Founder's Grill, and found fresh choices on the menu. I'm already trying to figure out when I can come stay again! Thank you to Rudy for answering all my questions! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. I have beautiful memories from my stay."

  • A wonderful stay at Tony Mckerr's fine house.

"The massive-dimension, multilevel house with soaring ceilings seemed like a kind of rough hewn mountainside castle that easily absorbed 11 family members having a 3 generation reunion. We could all mill around in the kitchen together and sit at one table whether indoors or out - a rare treat in rental property. three double bedrooms and, best of all, a multi bunk kids dormitory bedroom were just what we needed. The house is beautifully sited with stunning canyon views and provides lots of substantive outdoor seating on the huge deck to look at them. Nearby Aspen Grove splendor was easily accessed for family hiking and we floated en mass down the Provo River. Although these were close by needing only a few minutes drive, watch out for the traffic threat of lunatic Utah drivers speeding around the corners. We saw one major smash near the Sundance road intersection with half a dozen emergency vehicles. The property served us well in all respects."

  • Conveniently located, comfortable, and affordable

"This place was just what my husband and I were looking for! We have come to Park City many times and this was by far the best place we've stayed at. It was very close to the mountain (for mountain biking and trail running) and conveniently located with an easy walk to Main Street. While the kitchen is small, it has everything you need to cook. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the many racks to hang up wet coats since the weather was a bit dicey. The ski racks would be ideal for a winter trip. We will certainly be back!"

  • Luxurious place but you still feel like you are in a cabin in the woods.

"This is a beautiful property with plenty of room for our group of 14 to spread out. We really enjoyed the theater room. The mountain views were beautiful with the leaves just starting to turn colors. The owner answered all requests promptly. I would stay there again if I return to Sundance."
