  • Great Location! So close to Town Lift, several good Restaurants, beautiful view of the mountain.

"We thoroughly enjoy Park Station. This was my families 3rd year here and the first time we got to stay in Toni's place. She did a fantastic job decorating this condo and it is so comfortable. We had the fireplace going most of the time and the hot tubs in the center of the complex were perfect after skiiing. She even supplied a crock pot for us to make chili! Very nice and very clean!! We hope to stay here again and again! Thanks Toni, the Kruses"

  • Winter wonderland

"This was our first time staying as a family up at Sundance and we are determined to make it a tradition! The cabin was emaculate and spacious to host our two families (12 guests total). The owners were extremely attentive and responsive and went above and beyond to make out stay great. It was magical and the perfect cabin experience. Would recommend to anyone!!!"

  • The only vacation house we've ever rented twice

"We rented the Seasons cabin for a long weekend in January of 2016 and loved it. Returning with my parents this year, and three kids, for another long January weekend, we didn't consider staying any where else, which is unusual for us. On our other trips are to the Delaware beaches and the Florida Keys we purposefully rent different properties just to mix things up but the Seasons is just too good to pass up. The view of the mountains and of the entire Sundance resort are incredible. Inside the house, I find myself just admiring at the craftsmanship all the time: floors, woodwork, tile work, etc. It's just so cool, and perfectly designed and decorated for the setting. Something you'll rarely see mentioned, if ever, in another review, which is worth mentioning here, is the character of the owners. This year, over our long weekend, probably 2 feet of snow fell. Every day JB showed up to snow blow and shovel the driveway and the deck with the hot tub. Priceless. On the last full day, it snowed all day, dumping a foot on us and we needed to leave at 5:30 in the morning to catch our flight. Desperate, I texted Nichole at 7:44 that evening, pleading for help. She replied within 10 minutes saying exactly this, "Thanks SO MUCH for the update. We are more than willing to come tonight and get the bulk done and also in the early a.m. if it needs it. We will be up there in about 45 minutes." Nichole, JB, and their son shoveled it clean that night. They're the best. One other thing I would like to point out is the location. We originally planned to go out that last night for dinner but with that much snow, it just wasn't going to happen. Instead, my wife and I walked down to Sundance, which is doable even in foot of snow, had a couple of drinks at the Owl Bar, got takeout from there and the deli for the rest of the family, and walked back. I just love this place. Mike B."

  • charming mountain setting!

"We thought this should be called "Storybrook"! Gracious hosts stopped by with fresh bread and lollipops, and the home has a wonderful ambience right over the babbling brook. Just to be aware, the beds are small and short (fullsize is the biggest), and the ceiling clearance is also short (about 6 feet) walking into the kitchen--not ideal for tall guests. There are no locks on the bathroom door (it is shared by two bedrooms), and the exterior doors of the cottage don't all lock either. The home is only a dozen feet away from the homes on either side, but nevertheless felt private and remote. Parking is tight, so don't bring a large/long car. The bathrobes are exquisitely soft, the home has DVDs and books and CDs to enjoy, and hummingbirds and deer to watch while you eat outside (there is no indoor dining space, but fortunately sitting outside on the patio was refreshing in the mountain setting). Unique and special place!"
