  • Most tranquil place on the planet

"This was our first trip to Whidbey Island and we took some old friends from the East Coast with us who had never been to WA. All four of us could not get over how beautiful this place is. The house is amazing. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The views are breathtaking. We saw a few herons, an eagle, sea lions (or maybe they were otters). There was a berry farm up the road and a whiskey distillery I highly recommend. The town of Langley is close by and is very charming. My favorite part was sitting on the deck and looking out over the bay with my cup of tea. One morning a deer walked right up to the deck! We also took a trip to Ebey's Landing. Eric was super responsive prior to our trip had tons of great suggestions for us. It may possibly be the best vacation of my life. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. We did not want to leave. Bring some flip flops or shoes for the beach because there are a lot of sharp clam shells and rocks."

  • Comfortable, ideal getaway

"My husband and I enjoyed our two-night stay at Cedar Moon Cottage. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and convenient. It was better than I had expected and definitely larger. We brought our nine-year-old dog with us and soon after we arrived, we took him to the off-leash dog beach. He had so much fun swimming, running and retrieving his ball that his hips were bothering him afterwards. We cleaned him up, returned to the cottage, and let him sleep on his little bed while we went out to a lovely dinner in Langley. If our stay had been longer we may have taken advantage of the amenities they have in the kitchen and also the fire and the board games. Overall it was a charming place and we would like to return again sometime. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and this was a lovely and convenient place to stay and be able to enjoy the nearby sites."

  • Super View!

"My wife and I enjoyed a two-night stay here. The studio was clean, quiet and comfortable. The "welcome" flaxseed muffins and OJ were delicious. The towns of Langley, Freeport and Coupeville became our favorites and were not far from the studio. We especially enjoyed the balcony view at sunset."

  • Home away from home

"Once again we had a wonderful stay here. The home is incredibly clean and the outdoor space is divine. Great home base to explore all parts of the island and very close to a great grocery store for picking up items. The home is so comfy and has so much of what you will need including a washer and dryer and even firewood for the fire pit. Walk to the beach is not for kids or elderly. If you plan to use this make sure to bring good hiking shoes. If the walk isn't for you, Double Bluff beach is about a 10 minute drive and fabulous! We will absolutely be back again!"
