  • Wonderful home for families

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We were there for 4 nights during this past Christmas and the home was a perfect fit for our family of 6 adults and one child. You easily could fit more people We had plenty of space. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We Cooked in the large spacious kitchen with no problems. The children's playroom has an endless supply of toys and activities. We would definitely recommend this warm and inviting home ."

  • Beautiful, clean home and quiet neighborhood!

"Very close to grocery store and good restaurants which we walked to. Scott was a great host and easy to work with. Downtown was a short bus ride and the stop just 2 blocks. A great experience we will definitely stay there again."

  • Great location and comfortable house!

"This house did not disappoint - plenty of room as well as a large dining room table we used to play monopoly all night long. Proximity to Woodland Park was perfect for attending the zoo lights. House was well appointed and very clean! We would most definitely stay here for future trips to Seattle. Two thumbs up!"

  • Christmas Holiday 2016

"We truly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this charming Seattle home. Two couples slept comfortably, one in the main floor Master Bedroom and the other in the basement suite. We entertained a group of 6 on Christmas Eve and a group of 13 on Christmas Day. The kitchen is well equipped (we did take advantage of the extra oven in the basement kitchenette! Such a bonus!!) and though the dining table is not large, we made extra seating around the coffee table and kitchen counter. We enjoyed the furnishings and artful accents throughout the house during our stay. Charming and authentic. Plenty of dishes and nice serving pieces. Nice bed linens, cushy bath towels & a blow dryer, but don't forget to pack your own shampoo & lotions & potions. Sadly, our busy schedule left no time for the zoo and holiday light show just up the hill, so we will try to work that into our next December visit. We did, however, greatly appreciate easy access to shopping and conveniences in Wallingford/Fremont and Ballard. Very easy access to I-5. Pretty quick jaunt to shopping in University Village for last minute Christmas gifts. Overall, a perfect location for us. We never felt like we were wasting time on the road! Ideal! Owner communications were clear and easy to follow. The house is truly, "as described." Street parking for our rental car was never an issue. Summer visitors will really enjoy the beautiful backyard patio spaces. Very nice. Overall, we highly recommend this sweet space."
