Wyndham - Emerald Beach Resort is a condominium like no other.
Our 3RD FLOOR 2 Bedroom/2 Bath sleeps eight with a king sized bed in the master, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, sleeper sofa, and bunk beds. It is especially unique as it is one of the few "inside" units (meaning you won't have outside road noise like the majority of units in this complex) and is just an escalator up from the main level. Convenient to our unit is the new Starbucks and Sky Bar.
Professionally decorated with a Tuscan theme. The living room has a 42 inch Phillips LCD flat screen, and each bedroom has its own Flatscreen TV and DVD player. We also have High Speed Ethernet connection at no charge!!The master bath has its own garden tub! The open kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need!
Our vacation home is awaiting you and your family! This is a non-smoking unit, no pets allowed, and no singles under 25 years old. Minimum of seven night rentals during peak seasons (Spring and Summer).
Emerald Beach Resort is also 1 block from the new Pier Park which has a megaplex theatre, dining, and shopping. We are also conveniently located to the baseball/softball fields, world famous golf, and award winning restaurants.
You have to see to believe!! This unit is not your typical "renters unit" as it is truely a home away from home!! Our kid friendly unit is equipped with a pack and play.

Sorry I'm late with a review. Michelle, we totally loved the condo and will be back. It turned out to be a very memorable trip. My daughters boyfriend proposed to her on the beach at sunset out last night there. Wedding in May in Savannah! Loved he condo and location. We want to stay there again next time we come to PCB...Hopefully next September. Thanks again!

We went down for a long girls weekend and the condo was just as described. Unit was clean and air worked great. Beds were very comfortable. Only thing was no ice maker, but wasn't a big problem. Unit is well furnished and I look forward to staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home.

the owner of this property is nicer than the property itself. The cleanliness of the unit lacked alot. Everything was very dusty.We always keep places clean where we stay. We were going to vaccum and the vaccum cleaner was so nasty and clogged it wouldnt pick up a hair! We cleaned it out and finally got it going and it had to be emptied immediately from vaccuming just one bedroom! also, you had to wear shoes to step out on the balcony because it was black with filth.The worse thing about the unit was that it stayed hot! we contacted the owner, and someone did come to check the air conditioner. He did nothing except tell us the heat was "body heat". So we ended up going to buy fans and tried to tuff it out! Finally, by Thursday night we packed our stuff, gave up 2 days of our already paid vacation, called the owner (with no response) and left! We drove as far as Enterprise Al. that night, found a Hampton Inn with COLD AIR, spent more money, but it was well worth a nice cool, clean, place to rest, FINALLY! Unless changes are made in this unit, I would not recomend you to stay here!
Owner response:I am sorry that this renter was not happy with their stay. Unfortunately they stayed in our unit the week the heat index in Panama City Beach hovered around 110 degrees each day. I received a call from the renter on Sunday to let me know about the unit being dusty. I was unaware of any vacuum cleaner or balcony condition as the renter did not tell me. Had I known, those items would have been taken care of. I did send my maintenance man out on Monday and he tested the temp of the air coming from the vent and it registered at 71, along with checking the filter, and the freon level. He explained that for the amount of people they had in our unit (which by his account was well over the max of 8) it felt hotter because of the the unbearable heat outside as well as the quantity of people in a small space. The renter also told me they bought fans before I was contacted on Sunday. In addition and according to the renter's voice mail on Thursday evening, they were checking out on Friday which is not the 2 days mentioned of their paid vacation. Again, I regret this renter had a bad experience, but our current renter has had no problem.

This place was amazing. We loved the pools, skybar, Starbucks and how close it is to everything. The new Pier Park is great. It has everything you would want. The Red Brick Pizza place was excellent. We would love to stay here again. They take very good care of there place. The beds are very comfortable. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home away from home.

We spent the week in this unit while attending a baseball tournament. This particular condo is excellent and my family highly recommends it. Nice amenities, clean, everything in working order and VERY nice to avoid the elevators. Also a very convenient location to the skybridge to the parking lot. Quick access to the beach and a great patio to sit on and watch the beach activities. Owner is very easy to work with, very responsive to emails and phone calls. Also, very convenient to Pier Park (one mile to the west) and walking distance to Sharky's and the go-karts. We had a great week and this is a great place to return to at the end of each day's activities.
