The house is equipped with a private outdoor shower and the direct beach access is less than steps away. Beach chairs and an umbrella are set up daily by La Dolce Via who also rents bikes, paddle boards, Kayaks and can arrange a Bonfire on the beach for you. Unlike crowded beach towns on 30A, Carillon Beach has a private entry with 24 hour security. You can let your kids explore on their own and feel safe, yet you are less than 3 miles from Rosemary Beach. The closest pool is less than a block away - see the map in the photo section. Although the listing shows no cancelations, I will work with you to move your dates. You can rent a golf cart from Coastal Cars and Carts (www.coastalcc.net). Please note Carillon beach charges a $35 access and parking fee per automobile which is collected when you download the link to get your QR code for automated entry into the community.
