  Property was well maintained and clean. We were right on the beach, so driving. Kids were able to enjoy pool as well as the beach. Very relaxing stay. We will be returning to this property in the future.

  bumpy start, but all worked out. it was a nice condo for a fair price. view was awesome, access to beach was great. loved the fact that the balcony had safety fence so our 15 month old could be out there and he loved playing out there. also very glad for the 2 rocking chairs to help put him to sleep! ;)

  My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Gulf Shores. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Everything was in good working order, the furniture and decor were very nice and the weather was perfect. Thanks for a great week.

  I contacted the owner upon our arrival to tell her about the poor condition in which we found some things in the condo. She replied that they would be coming in a week or so to replace the fridge, curtains and check on other things I mentioned. That didn't remedy any of those things for us as we were already there staying in the unit. Also, DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED THE INTERNET. I contacted her to let her know of the problems we were having with connectivity, and no solution was ever sent. It is also a stretch to say that "pillow top mattresses" are on each bed. There are pillow top pads (mattress pad style) on the beds--that is not a pillow top mattress. We were disappointed in the overall quality/upkeep of this condo. With a little work, it could be a beautiful place. It sounds like we were there two weeks too soon to see it in better shape.

  Owner response: The Free wi-fi is provided by the homeowners association to the entire building. I was there the week after this guest and had no problem getting connected. The connection does time out if there is no activity to allow others users access. It is not a dedicated connection to my unit, which is what I believe the guest was looking for. Both mattresses are absolutely pillow top, we also have a padded mattress cover on top of that, but the mattresses are pillowtop. We had ordered a replacement part for the inside of the frig, which i did install when I was there and I cleaned the curtains to remove some stains. She had also mentioned a small hole in the wall, dirty shower curtain and small scuffs on wall due to furniture rubbing. All have been addressed. We aim to please our guest and keep our unit in good shape!

  We had a great vacation in Gulf Shores! The condo was in a perfect location -- beautiful beach, near great restaurants, plenty of activities for the kids. Owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to go back next year!

  Such a pleasure staying here at the "Get Away", This unit is just what the owners described in the listing describes. Easy access from the elevator and not at all crowded. My girls loved the fact that they could play out on the balcony with my peace of mind knowing the safety fence was there to protect my little ones! PERFECT LOCATION just far enough away from the crowded public beaches but close enough to all the local hangouts. We will definitely be back (and Soon!)I have already made several recomendations to friends and family and will continue to do so about staying here. You will not be disappointed wiht this one.My thanks go out to the owners for such a pleasureable experience .

  We had a great time staying at your condo!! THe beach chairs and umbrella are wonderful to have on hand. The condo is exactly as pictured, with the exception of the new added TV in the living room!! Beach and water were beautiful!!! Location of condo is great - close enough to walk to several fun places (The Hangout), but out enough to be more private. Hope to rent again!!!!

  Also, let me add that although you see oil clean up crews in a few certain locations at the beach, we didn't see any oil during our time there. The beaches were as sugar white as they always have been.
