New tile in bedrooms April 2009, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! This condo features a wire safety fence on the balcony for those with small children. Comfortably seats six adults in living area. The balcony has a table and chairs for having dinner while watching the sunset paint the sky beautiful colors. There is also a lounger on the balcony to relax in while drinking your morning coffee.
This complex is extremely popular, not too big, just right with nine total floors. No waiting on the elevator all day. Our unit is right in the middle of the building, on the FIFTH FLOOR.
We offer a KEY LESS ENTRY SYSTEM for all our guests. No lost keys or going to a rental agency to pick up keys. No worrying about who has the key, everyone can know the code. The code is only good for your stay, it expires after your checkout and the next guest has a totally different code.
We have books and games for you to enjoy with friends and family.
WE PROVIDE folding BEACH CHAIRS AND A BEACH UMBRELLA for your use, no packing them in the car. Luggage carts are provided as well as on-site security, managment and parking.

We had a great vacation in Gulf Shores! The condo was in a perfect location -- beautiful beach, near great restaurants, plenty of activities for the kids. Owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to go back next year!

Such a pleasure staying here at the "Get Away", This unit is just what the owners described in the listing describes. Easy access from the elevator and not at all crowded. My girls loved the fact that they could play out on the balcony with my peace of mind knowing the safety fence was there to protect my little ones! PERFECT LOCATION just far enough away from the crowded public beaches but close enough to all the local hangouts. We will definitely be back (and Soon!)I have already made several recomendations to friends and family and will continue to do so about staying here. You will not be disappointed wiht this one.My thanks go out to the owners for such a pleasureable experience .

We had a great time staying at your condo!! THe beach chairs and umbrella are wonderful to have on hand. The condo is exactly as pictured, with the exception of the new added TV in the living room!! Beach and water were beautiful!!! Location of condo is great - close enough to walk to several fun places (The Hangout), but out enough to be more private. Hope to rent again!!!!

Also, let me add that although you see oil clean up crews in a few certain locations at the beach, we didn't see any oil during our time there. The beaches were as sugar white as they always have been.

Fantastic Place, Great condo, right on ocean. Lay your head down at night and hear the ocean. Easy access, good location nice people, quiet and friendly. Had a great time, will go again. You should too.
