Clearwater Beachfront 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Sleeps 8 Top Flr Corner Unit amazing view

This is a top floor unit (meaning very quiet, no one above you). Southeast corner with windows in both bedrooms, kitchen & living room. Great morning sunshine. The balcony, with patio table & chairs, is a great place to set and watch the sunrise, dolphins in the gulf and a beautiful sunset. Full view of the beach, east and west. Located just west of Gulf State Park, which means beaches are never crowded. One covered parking space is with this unit. No loading or unloading in the rain! Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has queen, both have flat screen TV's. Bunk beds and pull out queen sofa and a 40' flat screen TV. We provide a few beach chairs. Great place to get away and relax.
