We were really taken aback with the premises. It is just wonderful and superbly located. I do recommend it to anyone. We were so well treated and totally looked after by the house management, we were sad to go home.... Enjoy Key West...

We came south from Vermont for March of 2011 and have had a GREAT time here! Family visited, including grandkids, and all was convenient and fun. The kitchen is indeed well-stocked and the place beautifully maintained. It's located PERFECTLY ... quiet, but can easily walk / bike to Island Gym, Higgs Beach, Duval entertainment, Banana Cafe for breakfast, etc. Owner was highly responsive when a brief but violent storm tore the outdoor dining cover - it was replaced quickly. We locked the doors to keep the little ones out of the pool at night, happily just couldn't keep them out of it during the day. We're coming back ... what more can we say?

this is a wonderful property...home is very well maintained...pool and gardens professionally maintained weekly...kitchen very well equiped. terry, the owner, is local and a delight...always available to answer questions. the property is located fairly close to the action...15-20 minute walk to duval and front streets... but far enough to be very private with a heated pool. 30 days goes by so fast..we will be back. thanks again terry...see you soon, paula and frank

Casa Loiusa was just a delight. It is extremely well located at the end of Old Town near the southern most bouy/beach. If you choose, it is easy to walk/bike downtown, but it is in a more quiet area. The house is extremely comfortable, well equiped, and incredibly well decorated. The pool and back yard are just beautiful and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and in Key West
