This oceanfront condominium is on three levels, each with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It is in a building that contains just 11 units. It is located on levels two to four of the building; the ground floor is for parking.
The upper level has a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The middle level (floor three) has a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The lower level has a bathroom and bedroom with two double beds. The bedroom can be divided into two rooms with separate entrances by a sturdy folding room divider.
The kitchen and bathrooms have granite surfaces and the unit has ceramic tiles throughout. It has been recently redecorated. Access is by a wood deck on the third floor.
Enjoy a very special beach, quiet and extending for miles, perfect for beachcombing, bird watching, fishing or dolphin spotting. Spring and summer bring the nesting sea turtles.
Pet policy: One small dog is allowed (20 pounds or less).
