This unit is located in Building 5 of the complex on the 2nd floor. You have elevator access or walk up stairs to the floor. The laundry facilities are located in the building on the bottom floor. The grounds are beautifully maintained with newly refinished courtyards and new lobby. The building and entire complex have just been recently refurbished with new paint, railings, screened in lanais, courtyards and lobby. Located right on the grounds is a full service restaurant in Building 1, two heated swimming pools, a children's pool, shuffle board, horse shoes, 10 Har-Tru clay tennis courts and much more.
Located directly across the street on the beach is Doc's Beach House which offers great reasonable food. Pick up the trolley in front of Building 1 and take it all the way up the road to Ft. Myers Beach (about 8 miles North). Golf, shopping, boat rentals and cinemas are all close by. Downtown Naples and the Naples Pier are only about a 20 minute drive south. Keep going a little bit further and visit Marco Island. The Ft. Myers Airport is about a 25 minute drive away. Everything you are looking for is right here. So no need to look any further!!
