The Blue Pearl - A Brand New completely renovated Upscale Vacation Rental with a spectacular glass tile, oversized heated pool and spa and completely fenced in back yard! Once you are here you will not want to leave.
This pristine home offers a a beautiful Master King Bedroom with a walk-in closet, private master bathroom with dual sinks and separate door directly to the pool. It features a guest room with a Queen Bed and a second guest room with 2 Twin Beds perfect for families, kids and friends. In addition the Living room is equipped with a high-end sleeper sofa thus accommodating up to 8 people comfortably.
The Blue Pearl has a fully stocked Brand New Kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and high-end bar chairs for direct dining. The Living room features a contemporary dining and living room area with a huge new LED TV and fireplace.... and wait until you go outside.
The entire home is fenced in for complete privacy to give you a peaceful retreat and the perfect setting to watch the sun set over this southern exposure while enjoying the large outdoor area including the immaculate heated glass tile pool and spa featuring blue night light, outdoor shower and BBQ!

Apart from running a very successful Real Estate Business and Travel Management Consulting Company for many years, I ventured together with LoriMar Properties LLC to create these very finely tuned luxury vacation rentals. We designed them from the top to bottom with the thought of what we personally look for in a vacation rental and see as the most important things. We ensure all of our guests are 100% satisfied. A vacation is only as good as you enjoying yourself and feeling good during the entire time.
Why they chose this property
This is one of our newest properties with a similar layout than our sister Property #4747830, but with even more space, a larger layout in the design of the rooms and an even more contemporary and modern design touch. This is again unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. We were enchanted by the size of the heated outdoor pool which we believe is one of the largest in Naples Park. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door and so close to the beach.

Like all of our design vacation rentals for LoriMar Properties LLC, from the minute you step into this wonderful home you will notice the love and workmanship that we have put into every detail. It comfortably sleeps 8 and gives you so much space in the brand new kitchen or outdoor pool and spa area. It gives you seclusion and yet closeness to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
