It is nestled on three wooded acres with 112 feet of private lakefront with dock. It is located in an area of some of the most beautiful multi-million dollar homes on the lake. Take the long, private driveway through a northern pine forest to the home, which is only steps from the lake. The views of Lake Charlevoix from the enormous deck are spectacular.
Enjoy beautiful Charlevoix sunsets, have a campfire at water's edge, and enjoy swimming and sunning off of the huge platform at the end of the dock.
Home is conveniently located 3 miles east of the Ironton Ferry. It is near the area's top restaurants, golf courses (Ye Nine Olde Holes is 1 mile), Boyne Mountain, and the cities of Charlevoix, Boyne City and Petoskey.

We had a wonderful week in your beautiful lake home. Sitting on the deck we
all commented that we could be anywhere in the world (as we have been) and
this would equal the fantastic view off your deck! How very peaceful! Your beds
are very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, fun games to play together and
the boat fit perfectly in your boat lift! With the ferry just down the road,
it made jaunts to Charlevoix very easy. Thank you for allowing us to use your
lake home for the week.

- Queen Bed (2) : Bedroom #2 on first floor with Queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a mini bar with sink, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. No TV in this room. Hallway bath shared with "extra/misc" room where there is a twin bed. French door to outdoor small, private, 2nd deck. Lake views. Bedroom #3 on second floor also has Queen bed. There is also a twin in that room and Satellite TV. Uses bath #3 which is located at the bottom of the stairs.
- Double Bed: Second floor loft has double bed.
- Twin/Single Bed (4) : First floor has an extra room where a twin bed is located. Off the same hallway as BR#2. There is a sliding door to an outdoor deck, but no closet to hang clothes. Good room for a teenager or child. Second floor loft has 2 twins in addition to the double bed.(one of the beds is trundled for storage purposes.) Second floor bedroom has 1 twin in addition to a Queen.

Has swim ladder and the lake has a sandy bottom. Water is approximately 5 feet deep depending on lake levels. Very fun for swimming!! Sandy bottom and crystal clear water!
