A Luxury Lake-House with a Private Dock & Private Mooring Ball on Beautiful Lake Charlevoix.
Enjoy our Golf-Cart and 3 Acres of privacy to unwind and relax you. Tons of parking for Trailers / RVs or a large group.

This Property has a wonderful Northern Michigan vibe; tall trees and sweeping valley views from our covered balcony.

Semi-Fenced Yard for privacy.

15 mins to Boyne Mountain Resort, 10 mins to Downtown Charlevoix, 10 minutes to Downtown Boyne City, Amazing Location home, enjoy all seasons of Pure Michigan fun.

Swim, Hike, Ski, Golf, The Norton House has fun activities all year long.

Bring all the Water Toys and enjoy our Private Dock!!! Soft sand bottom around our dock, perfect for small children with shallow sandy area. Huge Dock Landing for sitting and sun worshipping.

Priceless Memories

We came up to Charlevoix for my son’s wedding. The house was beautiful and worked out perfect for our family. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating! This is a perfect home for a larger group. Looking forward to coming back next year!!

Everything as promised

Easy process, great communication. House is a great setup for a family or group as each can have their own space. Very clean; you can tell the owner’s really care about the guest experience.

Perfect family trip

This house had everything we could’ve possibly needed during our weekend stay. We traveled with 5 children 5 years and under and the house was equipped with almost everything that we needed for them. Everything was clean and organized and easy to find. The kids really enjoyed the swing set and the adults enjoyed grilling everyday and the covered back porch with a great view. Joseph was a wonderful host easy to contact, talk to, and extra accommodating. No complaints!
