Beachblock (78th Street) with ocean view from deck area, first floor unit - Built in 2006. New furniture throughout. This beauty has five bedrooms and three baths and a spacious covered deck.
Two bedrooms and one bath will be on the foyer entrance level each with queen size beds. Two other bedrooms (one with queen bed and the other with twin beds) and another bath are six steps down. The master bedroom with queen bed and full bath with private deck are six steps up from the foyer level.
Well equiped with Wireless Internet access, TV’s in every bedroom (three are LCD wall mounted flat panel) and 32 inch Sony in living area, fully stocked kitchen utensils. Four bikes and ocean kayak available for use. 78th Street beach allows ocean kayaking. 4 beach tags also included. Garage is on the left side (east - ocean side) of the property.
Property is located in the quiet south end of Sea Isle City and short walking distance to convenience store, deli and ice cream stand and bay promenade to watch sunsets.
Also have access to second floor unit (identical 5 bedrooms) on certain weeks to accomodate large family situations.

DEPOSITS AND PROCEDURE: Rentals are Saturday with a 2 PM check-in to the following Saturday with a 11 AM check-out.
The lease agreement will be sent to you which is to be signed and returned with the 10% of the total rental amount as a deposit to reserve the week. We will then sign and return a copy for your records. The balance is due in 2 equal payments; typically 12 weeks prior to rental (2nd payment) and final payment 6 weeks prior to rental. The receipt of your returned rental agreement & deposit is the only way to reserve your rental. If your agreement & deposit is not received within 14 days of your reservation, the week will remain open.

Owners Joe and Colleen Pendergast have been property owners in Sea Isle City for 25 years. We grew up in the Bucks County and Northeast Phila area and spent many summer vacations in North Wildwood while growing up. We purchased our beachblock house on 78th street in 1986 and rebuilt the home in 2006 constructing a new, 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. We have 3 children who grew up spending summers in Sea Isle City. Our home is located in the south end of Sea Isle, a great family type atmosphere.
Repeat customers, mainly family situations, make up 80% of our July and August rentals and our home has sold out 3-4 months in advance of Memorial Day for the last 3 years; this is the best possible testimony for providing a clean property in a great location at rental prices lower than comparable homes. VRBO has been a very effective partner in handling our rentals for 6 years and have many references available.

Our family has been renting this home for the past several years and always find the home in great condition, with all the amenities you could want at your vacation home away from home! I would definitely recommend this rental--especially for larger families that could rent both top and bottom--works great for us!
