Visit our beautiful, non-smoking, pet-free, single-family home in North Beach with a wonderful view of Barnegat Bay. We are located on a quiet, family-oriented street with many caring and friendly neighbors who live here year round.
The majority of our renters are repeat renters who look forward to reuniting with their “LBI neighbors” each summer. We treat the folks who stay at our home as if they were family and they remark each year at the amenities, cleanliness and standard of care in which we maintain the property.
LBI is an 18 mile barrier island just off the New Jersey coast – two hours south of New York City and an hour and fifteen minutes east of Philadelphia. The NJ Garden State Parkway (exit 63) is just a few minutes from the island. Atlantic City is about 30 miles south of LBI with access by both highway and boat.
Beach access is a very short walk across the street. Our home is convenient to restaurants and shops - less than a five minute walk to the Surf City shopping district. Our location allows for immediate access to side roads bypassing the main road which is useful for quick access up and down the island and to the mainland.
LBI offers a number of interesting activities including the Barnegat Lighthouse, parasailing, boating, jet skiing, fishing, amusement park, miniature golf and even the Surflight Theatre. Of course, the ability to wind down, relax and simply decompress are hallmarks of an LBI vacation.
Our four bedroom, three and one half bathroom home includes two master bedrooms, each with full bathroom and walk-in closet. A third bedroom with a queen bed, a fourth bedroom with two single beds and two pull-out couches offer great flexibility in accommodating your family and friends.
We have three decks, one on each floor with great bay views plus a rooftop deck as well as a downstairs and upstairs living room. There is an outdoor shower too.
Our home has four televisions along with DVD players and high speed internet service. A two zone air conditioning system provides superior comfort. We also have an 80 gallon water heater to ensure enough hot water for all your guests.
