“Beach Haven” is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath gulf front condominium in the gated community of Watersound Crossings located on Scenic 30A. With a New England feel, this condo is set amid native dunes, with breathtaking views and incredible sunsets that create the surroundings for the perfect vacation. Enjoy the dazzling landscape of the Emerald Green water and white sand from the south facing windows that run along the balcony. Relax after a day of fun on the beach in the elegantly furnished living space. From the moment you step into this condo, you feel the comfort of the luxury décor and contemporary colors. The open living area host a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter to enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the scenery. With a dining area that sits 8 and a living room with comfy sofas to sit and watch a movie on the flat screen television. The condo features a split floor plan so that everyone can gather in the living area for a game of monopoly or a friendly card game which are located in the “Game and Book Cubby”.
The bedrooms offer privacy as they are located on the outer sides of the living area. The master suite offers a walk in bathroom with glass shower, double vanity sink, and garden tub. There is also 2 walk in closets. You can rest after a long day at the beach in the King size bed, or sip a cocktail while relaxing in the chaise lounge next to the windows.
The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed with private bath and access to the large balcony. Just across the hall is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bath, but you might have to stop and grab a book to read from the “Game and Books Cubby” located between the 2 bedrooms. The private office space provides a secluded place to email family and friends pictures to let them know what a great time you are having.
You of course can not forget about the large balcony that stretches from the Master Suite, across the living area, to the Queen Bedroom. With amazing gulf views, you may never want to leave this haven.
Though you may want to take some time away from the breathtaking views, you can enjoy a few of the amenities that Watersound has to offer. With bike rental services on site, you can take a ride through the town to the “Dune Sider” pool with outdoor café. You can also enjoy over 20 miles of bike paths along Scenic 30A. The Crossings also has a community pool approximately 100 yards from the condo, or you can take a stroll over Camp Creek Lake on the boardwalk to the beach. Some other amenities that are offered are kayak rentals, fishing, and beach service for a fee.
Guests of Beach Haven may purchase a Private Beach Club membership for a reasonable fee. The Beach Club membership allows you to use the private pool and restaurants, and daily beach chairs set up for you. Tennis is complimentary to all guests and the fitness club has daily and multi day rates.
Beach Haven is located minutes from Seaside and Rosemary Beach with dining, shopping, concerts, wine bars, so much to see and do! The beaches are absolutely some of the most beautiful in the world, and rated a Certified Blue Wave Beach. It is close to Destin and Panama City Beach too.
