House that sleeps 10 people close to the Historic Seaport and across from the Calvin Klein house in Old Town Key West. Built in the 1840's the beautiful restoration of this two and half story four bedroom "Conch" house, by a noted designer, offers space for gracious living. It is situated on a corner with parking for two cars. The main floor consists of a living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, television room, office alcove and downstairs poolside bedroom. On the first floor there are two half baths and a full three piece shower bath. The house is beautifully appointed and furnished throughout.
The second floor has two bedrooms with en suite baths one a shower and the other a tub. One bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen in addition there is a large sleeping porch across the whole back of the house with a day bed and a single bed.
On the third floor there is a unique bedroom with two beds and an alcove bathroom with a copper tub with European shower.
A catwalk leads from the front gate through bamboo and ferns to a fully decked backyard with a temperature controlled dip-pool. Two tents with draperies cover seating areas for outdoor entertaining. This house is within walking distance of renown restaurants such as Cafe Sole', Michael's, Mangia Mangia and the nightlife of Duval Street. |
