We really enjoyed our stay in La Casita! We love Zihuatanejo and this was a great place to experience all this little piece of paradise has to offer. We’ve been going to Zihua for over 25 years and have loved every trip. The beautiful and peaceful beach, the great restaurants, fun shopping, but mostly the wonderful people! The service at La Casita was first rate and we never wanted for anything. The security guys were always so helpful with directions and local tips for fun places to go. The bus stops right at the front of Casa Que Ve al Mar and that made it so easy and cheap to get to the downtown areas. The condo was perfect for my wife and I- very comfortable and roomy. We hear all the negative news about Mexico, but we have never seen so much as an argument; we’ve never felt anything but safe! Thanks for sharing your Little House. We’ll be back!

A lovely stay

My husband and I stayed in this unit in July 2010 and absolutely loved it! The condo has everything you need and is presented in a clean, charming manner. The on-site pools have spectacular views of the ocean and are a great place to spend the afternoons. The walk to/from the beach is pretty steep but we enjoyed the excercise. The beach was beautiful and the waves were calm. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay both at this condo and in Zihua and will definitely return in the future. Mexico has a bad rep for violence but we never once felt at danger here.

Loved La Casita!

My husband and I have had the opportunity to stay at La Casita twice so far, once in March and once July and absolutely loved it, as our condo was occupied. It was quiet, relaxing, well-decorated, with a great balcony for drinks or dinner. We had a Rental Car and it was parked less than a minute away – it was just great for all of the trips we made. We felt very safe, and we were greeted and helped by Eliezer, who took excellent care of us, and gave us great suggestions to get special items. Kate had a book with all of the phone numbers, places to go, and just really fun things to do. This information was also emailed to us, ahead of time, but it was nice to have it printed out at the condo, too! Housekeeping took good care of us too, and we felt very safe on both visits to La Casita in Zihuatanejo. Looking forward to our next trip to La Casita!

Went on a solo vacation this past May.My purpose was to rest. I fell in love with ZIH, and made so many friends at the complex. The condo was lovely and the view to die for. Condo had everything i needed. I truely can say I found my soul there. Molly is a sweetheart. Went above and beyond to help me. Always there when needed. Thank you sooooo much!!!! p.s i loved ot so much, that i landed up buying a place there as well!!! Thank you everyone who made this happen!!!

Fantastic little hideaway

I stayed for two weeks at this wonderfully appointed and very comfortable condo. The description was accurate but the photos don't do the ambience justice. The staff are all fantastic and very friendly and the maintenace and cleaning are spit spot!!! From my inital enquiry until the day I left I couldn't have asked for better communication. I would recommend this property 100%. If you have never been to Zihuatanejo before this is would be the opportunity to stay in a wonderful condo complex, with fantastic views of the bay and just a 15 minute walk up the hill and a place to retreat at the end of the day. Additional bonus the other owners and guests are very friendly. Not to mention the nationals who are very kind.Thank you Mollie and Kate!

Comfortable Condo in friendly setting

Our stay at La Casita Zihua was very pleasant ! The condo was clean, comfortable, private and well-equipped, the view superb, the pools refreshing ( good chairs!) and the staff helpful ,cheerful and efficient. Other residents were friendly , but the complex and pool never felt crowded. We were pleased with the large bedroom and the unexpected walk-in closet. Mollie made the booking process a pleasure. Everything was as shown and promised. We would recommend this rental to discriminating

Great location and beautiful views

We stayed at La Casita for 18 nights in November and December 2009, and absolutely loved it. It was our first trip to beautiful Zihuatanejo, and staying at La Casita made it even better. The condo complex itself (La Casa Que Ve Al Mar) is beautifully maintained, and in an excellent location - just far enough away from downtown to make it peaceful, but only a 5-10 minute trip by the public bus which stops right outside the complex. Taxis, too, are plentiful. It's also close enough to take a scenic walk into town, with views of the bay all the way. Beach access to La Ropa is an easy 5-10 minute walk. There are wonderful restaurants (casual on the beach type, fine dining with beautiful views, even a fantastic pizza place) within a 10 minute walk in each direction. Every meal we had out in Zihua was wonderful.The staff at La Casa Que Ve Al Mar were super friendly, and very helpful with questions and suggestions. La Casita is in a nice quiet area of the complex - very peaceful, and with beautiful unobstructed views of the bay - wonderful sunsets. While it's close to the gorgeous infinity pools, at the same time it's situated in a more private spot if you just wish to sit out on the patio and take in the views. La Casita has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation, with lots of little personal touches to make you feel at home. The pictures don't do the setting justice - it's truly awesome. And, both Mollie and Kate were fantastic to deal with - providing us with so much helpful advice. They really made us feel welcome. One of our best vacations ever. We will definitely be back!
