Come enjoy Key West in this recently built four bedroom/five bathroom home. This house is located in Old Town Key West within walking distance to everything. On the first floor stone floors lead to a wonderful refreshing pool surrounded by a lush tropical garden with tall ginger and large specimen palms. The dining room, living room, and kitchen all are focused on the pool and garden. There is also a covered porch for enjoying meals outside or reading. The royal Home has a private queen bedroom with en suite bath on the first floor perfect for those who don't want to make the journey up the grand Brazilian mahogany staircase which leads to the second floor and additional bedrooms.
On the second floor there is a true Master with walk-in closet and french doors and a stylish bathroom with glass shower and body sprays. The other two king bedrooms, both en suite with water works glass tile showers, are also spacious and pretty with Brazilian mahogany floors.
A word on the neighborhood...authentic ,queit ,and uncrowded Key West living. You will smell the cuban food cooking at El Siboney Restaurant and you will be around the corner from one of the best little sushi bars in town. The beach is a few blocks away and so is upper Duval, think Southernmost House and Butterfly Conservancy. Beware, you may see the occasional cat, rooster or tree frog lurking about the neighborhood.
