Come enjoy Key West in this recently built four or five bedroom/six bathroom home. This house is located in Old Town Key West within walking distance to everything. This is a special peaceful home created with all the modern conveniences but with a great nod to the past. You will appreciate the modern features of the home like DSL, Waterworks glass tiled bathrooms, cook's kitchen with marble counters, wine refrigerator, gas cooking, and custom cabinetry and all the necesities for whipping up a faboulous meal though you will need to fill the fridge;) And there is a good sized plasma Tv in the living room with a large comfy sofa. And a Good Piano, tons of good books(we love books), a few dvd's like weeds and the entire 007 collection. You will also love the high ceilings, custom crown moldings, and old fashioned French doors that remind us of the old Key West Historic Homes. The house feels as if it has been there for years.

On the first floor stone floors lead to a wonderful refreshing Pool and Spa surrounded by a lush tropical garden with tall palms. The dining room, living room, and kitchen all are focused on the pool and garden. There is also a covered porch for enjoying meals outside or reading. The Royal Home has a private King bedroom with a bath on the first floor perfect for those who don't want to make the journey up the grand Brazilian mahogany staircase which leads to the second floor and additional bedrooms and finally the third floor gaming room/ Bedroom with Full Bed.

On the second floor there is a true King Master and a stylish bathroom with limestone tile and shower with body sprays, french doors lead out to the second floor porch with views of the medicine gardens. The other two bedrooms,one a Queen and one a King, both en suite, Have water works glass tile and English bone tile showers, also spacious and pretty with Brazilian mahogany floors and french doors spilling out onto the second floor wrap around porch.

A word on the neighborhood...authentic ,queit ,and uncrowded Key West living. You will smell the cuban food cooking at El Siboney Restaurant around the corner. You and your guests can walk to Black Fin Bistro, Louie's Upstairs, Banana Cafe,915 on Duval and Martins. The beach is a few blocks away..head to South beach at the end of Duval and rent Paddle Boards from Jaun De La Playa and catch happy hour there too! And La Te Da for a Drag Show or Two! The Southernmost House and point are nearby and Butterfly Conservancy too which is absolutely beautiful and a faboulous place to get married. Beware, you may see the occasional cat, rooster or tree frog lurking about the neighborhood..

The house also has a good sized pool with fountain and a spa all in a secluded setting. And there is a covered porch with seating overlooking the pool.
