  We loved our stay at this condo! The owners were very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond! The realty company was very nice and helpful everytime we spoke to them. Easy check in and check out..... we checked in after hours and had absolutly no problems! Have excellent rates for this condo! Wonderful amenities here! We will definetly stay here again! Thank you!

  I am a single mom with two daughters and we stayed in this condo August 3-8. We had a great time and the condo was exactly as described and met my family's needs. The water play area at Splash was a big hit with my girls. The resort also offered some poolside activities such as necklace making and pottery painting for a small fee that my girls enjoyed. The owners were great to work with and I would have no problems coming back sometime. Thanks.

  My family and I stayed the week of June 20th -27th. We had a blast. This was our first time to northwest Florida and we will be back. The condo was everything we wanted and more. Perfect for our family of 5. Thank you so much fior the amazing room and we look forward to staying in the same place next year.

  The condo was clean, had a great view. The owners were wonderful to work with. Kept in touch via email and phone. No hasle quick and easy process. It was a little cool for our visit will book a little earlier this year. We were there for Halloween. Loved the Pier Park Mall. The River pool is amazing. Condo staff great! No complaints at all for this place. AMAZING! 2 year old grandson had a blast! We will definately rent again!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  My family and I loved your Condo @ Splash! Very comfortable and super clean. We especially liked being high above the gulf...what a view of the dolfins every morning. Doreen was great to accomodate us at the last minute, and we will definately plan to return on our next visit to PCB.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  We stayed in June 2010. This place is amazing. The kids loved the lazy river and splash pad. The owners on this condo were very easy to book with. This condo is very clean and beautiful. The view from the 15th floor is breathtaking!! We would book again in the future!

  We stayed in this condo and loved it. It was beautiful and wonderfully decorated. The entire rental process went smoothly and I would recommend this condo rental.
