Barranca 21 consists of 8 bedrooms all with en suite baths and walk-in closets (3 master bedrooms with king-sized beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen each, 2 bedrooms each with 2 queens and 1 double bedroom with two double beds, sleeps 22 or more) and is one of a very few new residences available in the exclusive Barranca area, one of the most prestigious and well established neighborhoods in Casa De Campo with ocean views directly on the golf course, known for its large spacious villas and privacy. Two additional service quarters bedrooms with a separate kitchen, baths and bunk beds are available for staff.
There is an fully equipped granite kitchen with commercial restaurant appliances, interior formal air-conditioned dining room with seating for 12, a two-story open plan living room that opens directly onto the outer deck, and a specially climate controlled family media/entertainment center. All living areas and the master suite command sensational views of the Links course, Casa De Campo panorama and the Caribbean Sea.
