Sandpiper now has WiFi and a beautiful 40 inch HD TV! Our cottage is also one of the few cottages on the Seaside VRBO® website that is actually in the town of Seaside!

Four cottages up from the beach and directly in Seaside proper, you’re sure to see several sandpipers of your own running along the white, sandy beaches of Seaside while staying in our Sandpiper cottage! Inside our cottage you’ll find an inviting living room complete with HD TV, DVD, and pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping space. A short hallway away is a kitchen fit for a culinary king! Stainless steel appliances are flanked by designer cabinetry and black corian countertops with a comfortable dining area to sit and enjoy your breakfast before heading out to the beach! A European designed full bathroom downstairs alongside the washer/dryer and outside shower complete the main level.

Upstairs you’ll find your two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, brand new flat screen TV, and French doors that take you out to your own private balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the four Adirondack chairs or your afternoon cocktail after a day of shopping around town! The second bedroom sleeps 4 with one full bed and two twins. Another full European designed bathroom with a vintage free-standing bathtub will allow you to enjoy a soak in style!

We are located 2 blocks from the town square and the 4th cottage up from the beach, Sandpiper is a vacationers dream! The swim/tennis/fitness center is at the other end of Savannah Street – only 100 yards away!

Beach chairs, umbrella, floats, and other beach toys are provided for you in this non-smoking cottage.

All Seaside amenities (3 pools, tennis courts, etc) are included "In Season" (March 14-September 7). It is available other times at a nominal fee.

  • We loved our stay at Sandpiper! It was so close to the beach, yet quiet and tucked away. It met our needs perfectly, we had 2 adults and a 13 month old baby. It took no time at all to walk out to the beach, or head into the town center. We rented bikes during our stay and loved riding through the beautiful streets of Seaside. The kitchen came in handy and we loved the big tub! The beds are so comfy too. Everyone was so friendly and we cannot wait to return to this beautiful town! Thanks so much for making your property available to rent... we would gladly stay there again!

  • Perfect place for a family vacation! The house is literally 1 minute from the beach and 2 minutes from the Seaside square. The house has great amenities with plenty of room for a family of four. The only thing missing would be a grill for cooking up some great local seafood. Seaside is a great place to relax and forget about the rest of the world. We thought it would be an expensive little town but in fact everything was completely reasonable. Don't miss the Taco Bar or the Great Southern!

The cottage was the perfect size for our family of four and the location was just right - close enough to the beach and town center, but still nice and private. We loved the porch swing and outdoor shower. The house was beautifully appointed and Seaside was a lot of fun.

  • We took our kids on a 15 hour roadtrip to Seaside for 5 days and it was worth every minute of the drive! The kids loved the white sandy beaches and running around the town center... we had so much fun wining and dining at all of the fun places and lounging around at Sandpiper. The cottage was perfect location and size for our family of four. Would definitely recommend!

  • I've stayed at Art and Soul, in wonderful Seaside, several times and have always thoroughly enjoyed myself! Art and Soul is abundantly furnished with everything necessary to enjoy an out-of-the-ordinary yet homey vacation experience; wether one desires to take-in all the sites or just do a whole bunch of nothing!

  • What a wonderful vacation. LOCATION,LOCATION, LOCATION. Only 1 BLOCK from the beach! Right in Seaside, only 2 blocks from the center of town. Thank you for sharing your Seaside home with us. It was the perfect place for our crew - Mom, Dad, 5 month baby, Grandad & Gran - Everyone thought it was great. We look forward to our next visit.

  • Our stay at Seaside was amazing. The Sandpiper cottage was equally amazing. I can't say enough positive things about the location, the cottage, and the community. Our 2 year old had the best time at the beach. The weather wasn't the best at the beginning of our week because of Hurricane Faye. I contacted Mark about paying to stay an additional night, and since the weather was so bad and the cottage wasn't booked...he allowed us to stay for an additional night at no charge. You just don't find that type of hospitality very often. Thanks Mark and Kathleen! We hope to return very soon.
