「現象」はリラックスして新しく改装された3ベッドルーム/ 2です。シーサイドの歴史的な東側にある5つのバスビーチコテージは、大人用プール、屋根付きプール、クロケット芝生、テニスコートからすぐです。
テュペロパビリオンではプライベートビーチへのアクセスが可能です。少し歩くと、シーサイドの有名なレストラン、チャペル、店舗、30Aが提供するすべてのアクティビティにアクセスできます。 コテージには4つの「シーサイド」クルーザーバイクが含まれており、ゲストが利用できます。

この居心地のよい（低刺激性）コテージは、クラシックでさわやかな色で装飾されています。 階下のオープンフロアプランでは、フラットスクリーンテレビ、Apple TV、Wi-Fiを備えたリビングルーム、モダンな設備の整ったキッチン、8人掛けのダイニング、パウダーバスを提供しています。 2階には、マスターバスルーム（キング）、専用バスルーム（洗面化粧台、シャワー、バスタブ）、ゲストベッドルーム（キング）、2段部屋（4つのツインベッド）がホールバスルーム（洗面化粧台とシャワー）を共有しています。 各ベッドルームにはテレビがあり、タワールームからは夕日を眺めることができます。

Girl Trip

We 4 cousins do a getaway every year. This house and Seaside were perfect in every way. Phenomenon is so clean and comfy while being very beautifully decorated as well. Central location to beach and shopping and we barely used our car. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, great location, poorly equipped

Great spot. Enjoyed the stay but there were no beach towels, no beach chairs and those have always been provided at all other rentals we've stayed at.

Great Location

It has a perfect location, nice beds, and a great house. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher was covered in mold, which they can and clean ASAP. The coffee pot needs to be replaced, and the front porch needs to be cleaned. Other than that, it was an Awesome house.

Close to the beach and all the amenities

The glof cart should be removed or parked at the end of the driveway to provide more space to pull to vehicles in. Ice maker didn't work.....no problem for us! Chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were awesome!

Excellent location and perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids

Great trip to seaside. Highly recommend you go. Things to know about the house. Very nice place as long as you know what to expect. The house is small but perfect if you are not planning on cooking anything at home. Cons: cookware no good for cooking a meal. No storage space in the kitchen. Low water pressure in the bathroom faucets. Pros: super close to the beach and center of seaside community. (5 min walk, 2 min by bike) Right next to fitness center. AC keeps the house cold. 5 minutes from Publix Overall I recommend the house, it’s close to the beach and tucked away from the busy Main Street

Cute House, Not the Best on 30A

This was our 5th year to stay on 30A. We've stayed in several different houses and while this one was cute and had a great location, it was not our favorite. We booked this house last minute. Pros: Perfect spot within the Seaside neighborhood- tucked away in the back corner with minimal traffic. Close to the park and pools and close proximity to the beach. Quick bike ride and easy walk to beach or main town area. Loved the beach access at Tupelo. You still get private Seaside beach access but away from the main hustle and bustle. The room on the third floor was a favorite of my children. They referred to it as their hideout. Internet worked great. Loved the front porch/patio. Cons: The house is not well appointed and there is VERY minimal storage space. We visited when Seaside was just starting to open up post-covid and wanted to be able to cook at least a few meals at home. There is literally ZERO pantry or drawer space to put any food/pantry items you purchase or might have brought with you. There is a large pantry type cabinet just to the right of the fridge; however both the bottom and top cabinets are locked off for 'owner use'. I've never experienced that in any rental... especially at the price point. Literally not one drawer or cabinet for storage. It was really just a minor annoyance but I don't like clutter. It was the same story in the bathrooms. You only had access to one small cabinet under the sink in both bathrooms. The other was full to the brim with towels and the remaining storage was locked. The kitchen was also missing some pretty major items - kitchen scissors, muffin pans, baking sheets. All items I would have expected to find. The cable was very basic. Not a huge deal but kind of annoying. There are absolutely no window coverings downstairs so be prepared for no privacy at night with neighboring houses being very close. We stayed here as a family of four. The rooms are very close together so keep that in mind if you come with multiple families. Personally, I think it would have felt tight with more people. Also, if you are sensitive to mold, the downstairs definitely has an issue. To be expected in this area/close to the beach but my husband noticed it immediately upon entering the house. You don't notice the smell as much upstairs. Overall, would stay here again? Probably not but I'm glad we found this cute little pocket of Seaside.

Great place to stay in Seaside!

We loved our stay at Phenomenon. Beautifully decorated on the inside, easy walk to the beach and into Seaside town center. There were 7 of us and felt like a great sized place for that group, but I don’t think you’d want too many more people. The kitchen and living room are a bit small if you have a larger group size, but it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, wonderful stay!

Don’t judge a book by its cover

Property is very small. Bedrooms sleep 6 to 8 but living area does not sit that number comfortably. Not very clean and lots of trash around the house. Also porch is not screened like photos show.

Perfect mother daughter getaway!

We had a great mother daughter trip at this adorable seaside home! Tucked away and an easy walk to the beach. Check in and out was fantastic and the home was clean and quaint! Would come back again.

Spring Break

We loved the location of the home. A short walk to Tuelpo Beach where we had a company “cababa man” set up our chairs. It was easy to come back to the house for lunch. Also, next to the fitness center/yoga room and pool.

great house!

our family of 5 had a wonderful and relaxing stay in seaside! the house is so cute, and well decorated! loved the upstairs setup! the main lower level area with the kitchen dining and family room is pretty small, but worked well for a family vacay:) the house was very clean! comfy beds and big fluffy white bath towels! new washer dryer, private driveway at the back of the house as well as 2 adult bikes. the porch is different than pictured..it’s not screened in and the furniture is different, but still sat out there quite a bit and loved it! the location is great! soo close to fitness center, 2 pools, and the best of the best tennis program!! and venice circle sees much less traffic which was really nice! the water pressure isn’t awesome upstairs and the kitchen lacks pantry storage… again, loved our stay and would definitely recommend as well as stay again!

Charming house, great location.

Could have been a little cleaner. A vacuum was on the front porch the entire stay, some of the windows were pretty dirty, and some areas could use some fresh paint. But overall, I would stay there again. Very enjoyable.

The Best!

We loved, loved, this house! Everything about this home was perfect. The location is great, 2 blocks to the main Seaside square, and a short stroll to the Tupelo beach access. Our family of 4 felt so comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. The porch was lovely to sit out for morning coffee. We will be back! Great family memories

Great!

The house was great! Well decorated and clean. We would love to stay here again. The only suggestion for the property owners I have is to add window treatments on the downstairs level and add thicker window treatments in the bedrooms. The shades in the bedrooms are thin and let in a lot of light, especially with how close the neighbors are. Other than that, great house!!

Clean and updated

This property was clean and updated with great bathrooms. However this was a ton of construction going on both sides of the house. It’s just a couple blocks from the beach and we really enjoyed our stay!
