Excellent Location

The location was close to the beach and restaurants. It was a nice place for 2 people. This place had everything we needed. We are looking forward to returning.

Perfect Location

Excellent location in Seaside. Nice place for couples. Easy walk to West Ruskin beach access. Private beach and bikes were very nice. We’ll be back!

Property was beautiful, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the town awake in the mornings and then again as things shut down in the evenings.

We realized we were actually in the guest house!! Loved the house but the front door needs to be fixed. It is very hard to get to open.

Cute cottage

This cottage is tiny, but uses every inch of space efficiently. It is very convenient to everything, but Seaside is no longer a quaint little town. The street noise, which is no fault of the owner, is annoying. Noise from loud vehicles playing music on 30a and pedestrians yelling continued until midnight some nights. The rental management company was great!

1-2 people getaway. Avoid the week of Spring Break

This property is a guest house behind a bigger house. It has its own private separate entrance. Due to the "guest house" feel it is perfect for 1-2 people max. It is very small and the refrigerator is not a full size refrigerator but a half size. It was just me for 4 nights and the refrigerator was full to capacity with what I brought. The location is GREAT, right on 30A with easy access to walk anywhere. However, avoid staying here the week of Spring break. It gets extremely LOUD beginning in the late afternoon and into the night (until around 10:30pm) with cars blaring music and teenagers screaming.

Amazing location for a single or couple

The property was exactly as described and the location was perfect. The spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge especially when carrying the suitcases up and down; would not recommend if you are balance-challenged. We would definitely return.
