Our home is on the beach block located on 91st street, just 3 streets before the bridge into Avalon. It’s much less crowded on the southern end of the island and tends to be much quieter too. From our front deck you’ll have views of both the bay and the ocean. It’s a short block so the walk to the beach is only about 200 yards. While it is much less commercial around our home, it’s still just a short walk to Blitz’s market, or for an evening stroll to get ice cream at Scoops, a tradition with our family.
Recently the home has been totally renovated. The renovations include new kitchen, hardwood floors, new tile bath on the 2nd floor, new bedding, TV’s in all the bedrooms and more.
