This condo unit is the one of the few structures that made it through the 1964 earthquake (9.2, largest ever recorded in N. America). It is a steal structured building and in a great location; right in the middle of downtown!

Thank you for a very memorable stay in Anchorage! The renovations on the condo are gorgeous. I had a great time walking around downtown. Staying at the condo was more like house sitting for a friend than anything else! Everything was provided and it was a really great experience. Thanks again!!

A Very Enjoyable Stay. All was comfortable and the location...spectacular! Everyone must dine at Marx Bros. Cafe at least once. Superb. Orso excellent as well as Glacier Brew House. And or course nothing beats Red Robin (not).

This was a great place for us to stay in Anchorage. We walked to almost everything. We really enjoyed walking down to the river by the ULU Factory to watch the salmon. Rocky was so easy to work with. Thanks so much.
