The Condo is in the heart of downtown Anchorage and a ten minute drive to midtown Anchorage. The property is off of 3rd Avenue, easy access to the coastal trail provides a perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoor recreational opportunities that Anchorage has to offer.
The condo is in a secure building and located on the bottom floor of the building.
Rates vary per season:(prices include 12% bed tax and all other taxes)
Winter .. $ 85(M-TH),$105/night (Fri-Sun) Nov.1-March 20 $665/week
Summer .. $155(M-TH),$180/night(Fri-Sun) March 21st-October 31st $1015/week
