Our front-row oceanview retreat is a two story, private end unit. The entrance welcomes you with flowering hibiscus and the sound of tropical birds in the plumeria trees. This 1000 sq.ft. beautifully furnished get-away has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ocean, gardens, and heated pool below.

Relax as you listen to the waves, watch sailboats glide by, or when in-season, the whales. The upstairs bedroom loft has a romantic 4-poster with a deluxe queen pillow-top mattress. There is a wonderful view of the ocean from the bed, or the adjacent lanai. You will feel as if you are in your own special sanctuary. Downstairs, there is a large lanai off the living area (both areas have ocean views). The lanai is furnished with a dining table for 4, plus 2 loungers. Inside, in the living area, relax with the DVDs, CDs, and novels provided for your enjoyment. (There are LCD flat-screen TVs in both the living area and master bedroom.) The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes elegant table settings for your Hawaiian dining experience. Conveniently located below the townhome, is one of 3 heated pools on the property. The pool area has an outdoor shower, restrooms, gas grill, loungers, sun umbrellas and tables for dining.

Kapalua Resort, home of the SBS (Mercedes) PGA Championship, includes: 2 golf courses, tennis gardens, the Ritz Carlton Hotel/Spa, restaurants, shops, and complimentary shuttle within the resort. All are within minutes of your location. ......For a bit of pampering, stroll over to the new Kapalua Spa, located a 2-3 minute walk away from the townhome (opened July '09). It offers: outdoor massage hales, yoga, fitness facility, private stone soaking tubs, beauty salon, boutique, juice bar, and more......And for activities, stop by Kapalua's new Adventure Center/Cafe. It's an information center/starting point for activities on the mountain including: ziplines, rope challenge, and climbing tower. Call for the free shuttle to drop you off. The resort has many places for walking also, whether along the ocean, or under the shade of towering Cook Pines.   • I don’t really know where to start except to say that we had a phenomenal time on Maui and staying in your condo was a big part of our enjoyment. Coming from the East Coast, we would wake up early and enjoy our morning coffee while we watched the sunrise and the lovely view from your bedroom and used the poolside grill to enjoy dinner and the sunset on your lanai. We did everything – snorkeling to Molikini Crater (with the world’s tamest fish), horseback riding down the Sliding Sands down to the floor of the volcano (the best trail ride I’ve ever been on in my life), and the road to Hana (in a convertible). Dinner at Hula Grill at a beachfront table or on the deck at the Sea House watching the sunset, breakfast at the Plantation House with the birds, and drinks outdoors at the Four Seasons or on the lanai at Merriman’s. And the beaches – Oneola, Kapalua, Kahekili, Ka’anapili, Wailea, Makena. All wonderful memories.

  • Sharon and Barry, March 7-14, 2009 We loved our stay at your beautiful townhome. Oneloa beach is a short walk away and the lava rocks are gorgeous with the waves pounding in. The point to the left is a great place to watch the sunset. The quiet pool and a great BBQ area are just a few steps away. Everything from snorkeling to dinner at the Ritz is a short drive away. The condo is beautifully decorated and is in a great location. The pool is just a few steps away and Kapalua beach is a 5 minute walk away.   • We love this wonderful,spacious and quiet Hawaii oasis, with all the comforts of home. It is nicely decorated. The view is fantastic, especially when the whales breach right in front of you. The amenities that we especially liked were the comfortable bed, open windows to feel the breeze and hear the tropical sounds, well stocked kitchen and very large bathroom, along with the 1st floor extra powder room. The living room was especially comfortable to sit and read or listen to the music. Sometimes we lounged on the lanai and just watched the ocean. We used the grill by the pool to grill the fresh caught fish at the nearby market. The location is fantastic for a morning walk beside the ocean over the rocks or on the beach or a quick swim in the pool. We also had quick access to some of the best restaurants on the island here. We will always stay at this condo on our return trips to Maui.

  • We have stayed at this villa many times over the years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The villa has been updated and is beautifully decorated. It has everyting you need and more to feel like your "home away from home". We especially love the beautiful, quiet pool and easy access to the beaches on each side of the property. Seeing the sea turtles are a plus. The grounds are always well maintained with many flowers. It's convenient to many restaurants, golf courses, and is only a a short distance away from the unique town of Lahaina. We love Kapalua and all it has to offer and look forward to returning soon to this villa for another dream vacation.

  • My husband and I were very blessed to be able to take our children over to Maui in April. We LOVED this place. We stayed here for 11 days and 10 nights and we'll make sure that the next time we go, we will be doing the same thing. This condo is GREAT. It's very pretty inside and very relaxing. There are so many activities to do right around where you are staying. We felt right at home in this place. It was nice because we went shopping for groceries for the whole time we were staying there. We felt like it was our little place. You can't go wrong with booking your stay here. You will love it and I'm sure you'll want to come back.
