2500 square foot, tri-level home in Heavenly Valley within walking distance of Heavenly Ski Resort. The house is adjacent to undeveloped National Forest Land on both sides in a quiet neighborhood above stateline.
This home is away from congested traffic areas, but is easily accessible year round. The back of the home is screened from neighboring houses by trees and shrubbery. Complete or partial views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding mountains from every room.
The house is about a mile from the lake, waterfront businesses, and activities such as boating, jet skiing, fishing, and the beach. In winter the ski resort and sledding hills are right down the street. It is also about a mile from the Stateline casinos and Heavenly Village. Edgewood Golf Course is near, as are the Tahoe Keys, Pope Beach, Emerald Bay, Zephyr Cove, Fallen Leaf Lake, and other interesting and fun destinations.
Garages are on the ground level and then two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. There is the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and a half bath on the second floor as well as the deck and a balcony. The master suite comprises the third level and has a balcony also.

We stayed at this lovely home with 2 other couples (6 total) and no children. We loved our stay, the house had a beautiful view, was equipped with all the basics, and was a wonderful place all around! We would definitely go back.

I've stayed at various hotels/rentals in the area for an annual weekend trip with some friends and this place was one of the few that all my friends and I all loved. The location is great, less than 5 minutes to the casinos and a Raley's grocery store, but still felt far enough away from all the crowds when we wanted to get away. Plenty of space for 8 people comfortably. Had a working BBQ in the backyard for some grilling in the afternoon. We had 4 cars to park and had to move them around to get in and out of the garage, but nothing to complain about otherwise.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I knew this cabin from my youth. My parents would rent it out with a few friends and I have nothing but good memories of those times. Now I am able to take my family up to start a new tradition. This place is great. Views, location, privacy--it's got it all. Enjoy!

This was our second time at this property. The house is well maintained, comfortable, and near the things we enjoy- skiing, restaurants, casinos, etc. We also like the fact that it's a house and much quieter than staying at hotels or condos.

Property was clean/comfortable, in a great location, has a great view of the lake and is very close to the casinos. It is located in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood so there is a lot of privacy. Highly recommend.

We've stayed at this property several times and think it's a good value. It's clean and comfortable. The proximity to Heavenly Ski Resort and the fact that it is in a quiet, safe neighborhood is important to us.
