Enjoy a very short walk to beautiful sunrises on Crescent Beach via public walkover or beautiful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway via public boat ramp just down Green St. Minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, great shopping and world class dining. Queen bed in master, twin beds in 2nd bedroom and queen sleeper sofa with TVs in each room, two DVD players and Nintendo gameplayer and games for the kids. High speed dial-up internet access. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, screened Lanai porch, on-site boat/RV parking, public boat ramp, swimming pool and tennis courts. Year Purchased: 2007
My wife and I grew up in Palatka and Crescent Beach was "our beach" growing up. We both spent lots of time here and enjoy it immensley to this day. We bought our unit in 2007 so we could visit frequently with family and friends in the area. We renovated the unit and furnished it for our personal use but decided to rent it occasionally. The area is great and will be our retirement home one day soon, we hope. Great beaches and surf, outstanding fishing and sightseeing, wonderful resturants and great local people and beach culture.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Very short walk to beach where my wife likes to run and similarly short walk to the intercoastal where I like to fish; both via public access that is seldom used by locals or vacationers. It is like having your own private beach walkover and dock/boat ramp on the intercoastal.
