This beautiful 1920's art & crafts cottage boasts 9 foot ceilings, gourmet kitchen, Italian tile baths, claw foot tub, walk in shower, king master & queen guest room, spacious front porch with Grandpa's swing, central air & heat. Newly renovated and furnished in Summer 2007. Conveniently located on North Carolina Scenic Byway - Highway 64, just 1 mile from Hendersonville's historic Main Street.
Located at the edge of one of Laurel Park's scenic walking neighborhoods. Originally, this cottage was built by the owner of a local Gladiola farm. Before the neighborhood became a neighborhood in the 1930's it was home to acres of flowers! Modern luxuries now abound including free high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, 6 person hot tub & more.
Feel pampered as you relax in your master bedroom with a good book. You can also take a dip in the 6 person hot tub.
Just a few minutes away are dozens of waterfalls, hiking trails, fishing streams, and breath-taking scenic views. You can also be at the center of the historic shopping disrict in 3 minutes where you will find antiques and crafts from the huge art community of the mountains.
A great central location for all mountain activities and only 25 minutes from Asheville an the Biltmore Estate.
