This spacious 2 bedroom condo with loft has a spectacular view across to Treasure Cay Marina. There are three swimming pools on the complex, tennis courts and your own private dock slip is available most months. (Between November and April an additional $100/stay if you want the use of the boat slip.)
The condo is a short distance from the pristine Treasure Cay Beach - 3 miles of powder soft sand and brilliant turquoise sea, a fine 18 hole championship golf course, snorkeling or scuba diving trips, fishing trips and shops and restaurants. This location allows you to be as active or laid back as you choose.
There is a master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with second bathroom and up the spiral staircase a large loft area with pull out couch and a third bathroom.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped and the dining area sits 6 comfortably. A washer and dryer are available in the condo and telephone and free DSL Internet service are also provided.
The living area with its large wrap around couch opens onto the patio with views of the boats in the marina.
