ZML is the only ski-in/ski-out property at Winter Park, making it the premier place to stay! The lodge is a mere 110 feet from the high speed Zephyr Lift - you won't believe how easy that makes it to get on and off the hill throughout the day.
In the morning, stop at Starbucks on the main level to get your day started. At lunch, head to the condo for a relaxing meal rather than scramble to find a seat in one of the on mountain restaurants. At the end of the day, be soaking in one of four outdoor hot tubs (with towel service) while everyone else is cramming onto a bus or waiting in line to leave the $20/day parking lots. At night, hop into a gondola on the Zephyr Lift and enjoy dinner mountain top with 360-degree views of the Continental Divide.
This unit also offers free wireless Internet access (or please supply your own Ethernet cable), a complimentary private ski locker, free daily newspapers, DVD library, several HBO channels, heated underground parking, and unparalled ski area views. If that's not enough, there is a Wii in the condo for you to enjoy. ZML also has a complimentary shuttle for trips into town.
Over the past few ski seasons we have saved our guests hundreds of dollars on lift tickets with different options. First, we have provided actual lift tickets that have saved our guests up to $46/adult (ages 13+) and $19/child (ages 6-12) compared to daily tickets purchased from the ticket window. These are actual lift tickets - not coupons - with no black out dates for the entire season. You won't even have to wait in line at the ticket window, which means you will be on the slopes that much sooner. Second, we have various discount coupons on adult lift tickets that provide a similar or greater level of savings (e.g., $43 adult tickets for the last week of the season. LITTLE KNOW SECRET - on average, April receives only about 4 inches less snow than January historically gets, which is the snowiest month of the year at Winter Park.). Third, we have some buy one, get one free vouchers for adult lift tickets. If our condo is not available for the entire duration of your trip, as long as you book part of your stay with us we can provide you with discounted tickets for all days you plan to ski.
With our lift ticket savings and being able to eat lunch in the condo rather than an on-mountain restaurant, a family of 4 can save at least $160/day and 1 hour/day by staying at our condo rather than at one in town. Factor in all costs when selecting a condo!
Why visit a ski resort that, on average, receives more snow than Vail, Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge and stay in a room facing a road or buildings? Winter Park offers the right ski runs for all members of your party. There is exceptional family skiing on the Winter Park side, as well as terrain parks and free ride sites. Mary Jane has long been renowned for having the best bumps in the country. Vasquez Cirque will get even the best skier's heart pumping. Powder stashes and great tree skiing can be found all over the mountains. We can give you information on how to ski the mountain if you are not familiar with Winter Park.
Of course, Winter Park's Ski and Ride School is considered one of the best in the country. There's a class for everyone - from the smallest child just starting out to big brother wanting to learn to shred to Dad wanting to improve his bump skiing. We even have two sleds in order to haul the little ones to and from ski school.
But there's more to Winter Park than downhill skiing. In the winter, enjoy dog sled rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and guided snow cat tours of the mountain. There is also ice skating and cross-country skiing in the area.
In the summer, Winter Park is the mountain bike capital of the US. You can also enjoy 3 nearby golf courses, fishing, hiking, music festivals, and many fun activities right at the mountain base, including Colorado's longest alpine slide.

Why the Owner Chose Zephyr Mountain Lodge
We always enjoyed skiing at Winter Park and Mary Jane because they are not as crowded as Vail and the Summit County ski areas. When Zephyr Mountain Lodge was constructed, we knew it would be the prime location at Winter Park for our family to enjoy the ski area. And we have not been disappointed.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It's great to be reading the paper in the morning while drinking your choice of beverage from Starbucks and just glancing out to see the status of the lift lines. If we weren't ready to go when the lift opens, we could easily avoid the peak rush and wait a few minutes for the crowd to dwindle while everyone else waited in the lift line. At the end of the day, we enjoy sitting on the balcony having a cold one and people watching - whether it's looking for someone in your group skiing down Hughes or just watching everyone else walking past on their way to their car or a shuttle bus. When our sons were younger, being right at the base made it so easy getting them to and from ski school.
New rec center - includes swimming pool, water slide, lazy river, children's pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, weights, exercise equipment, climbing wall, basketball and volleyball courts.

Hi - we are the original owners of this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed using the condo for our personal use for 7 ski seasons. It was a difficult decision to rent it out, but we don't regret it. We love having our guests experience everything this location has to offer that we were lucky enough to enjoy for all those years.

We loved our stay. Very Clean and nice, the location and view were excellent. We have been coming to Winter Park for 22 years this by far was the best. The kids loved the sleds and didn't want to leave. We will be back for sure.

Arrived Saturday evening 2/13 and left Friday am 2/19/10. What a great condo! Only a short walk to the Zephyr Lift. A real dream come true for us, having always wanted to stay at ZML. Owners very responsive and have a great set up, with excellant lift ticket prices.

This condo is absolutely amazing!! It is so classy and the owners have thought of everything!! It's beautiful, the location is excellent, you have your own roomy ski locker conveniently located close to the lobby.Makes it easy to unload for the day before walking up to the room. The entire place is gorgeous. The parking garage is heated which is awesome when you need to drive.I can't say enough. The owners are so wonderful & helpful! And the prices are great!I have stayed at several other places at Winter Park and none of them compare!!Definitely a dream vacation. We had a great trip to Winter Park over Spring Break 09. This condo, right at the base, was very convenient and outfitted very well. Having stayed at other Zephyr condo's, this condo's view facing the slopes was an added benefit. Will definitely return.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in the condo during a three day weekend in February. Having two bedrooms with additional kitchen and living space made everything very comfortable. The underground parking allowed us to park once and not have to move the car all weekend (except for bringing take-out pizza from Hernando's back to the condo, which is highly recommended). Proximity to the slopes meant we also minimized transition time between activities. After a day of skiing, for us, transitions meant picking up the kids from ski school, walking to the storage locker in the ZML, changing in the condo, and heading to the hot tubs. All accomplished in 15 minutes. C'est magnifique! Thank you for providing the accommodations that made this one of the best ski outings we have taken together as a family.
