This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park with a walk out patio to the village.
First floor 1 BR with brand new king size memory foam mattress and new linens, a full kitchen & bath (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), new pull-out sleep sofa with memory foam mattress, fully furnished and ready for use.
Amenities include walk-out patio, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during winter), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, free wifi, easy access to laundry (literally across the hall) and access to slopes and trails. There is no Air Conditioner in my unit, in the building or in the entire Fraser Valley for the most part.
If you are someone who values being first in lift line in the morning or hitting the last run in the day, you cannot beat this location!!

I love the mountians and one of my favorite places to be is Winter Park. My goal is to provide an updated, clean, well stocked and kept place for you and your family to enjoy the great outdoors.
Why they chose this property
Since I purchased the condo in 2016 I have replaced TV's, Stove, Carpet, Countertops, Couch, Mattress with memory foam, End Table, Coffee Table, Sofa Table, Refrigerator, Pots/Pans and many other items. I added a twin convertible chair. I have a great location with a patio that walks straight out to the village, parking 1 flight of stairs or elevator ride from the garage and a walk down the hall and out to the slopes.
