WATERVIEW TOWERS is close to all restaurants and local attractions, yet secluded on the tip of Holiday Isle with the beach and Eastpass on one side and the Harbor/Marina on the other. This intimate, quiet 33 unit building is so close to the water you'll feel as if you are floating in a boat or on a raft with a private secluded beach. Relax on the balcony and watch the boats go by with dolphin palying in the water right below you. This is a "must see to believe" view!! Waterview Towers is extremely PRIVATE and SECURE. You will have no large crowds to deal with at this property.
If you are a boater, a private, secure marina with a 35 ft. BOAT SLIP is available for rental. Please inquire if you are interested in bringing your watercraft with you.
The area of the beach 100 yards east of the building is the Blue Lagoon which is known for its emerald water and the sugar white sand. If you enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving, you will love the fact that it is THE BEST snorkeling in Destin and you don't even have to hire a service to do it. Just put on your gear and go! The beach in front of the building is overlooking the pass and jettys into the Destin Harbor
Upon entrance, you will be greeted with a spacious living area for dining, relaxation and entertainment. Floor to ceiling windows line the length of the room which provide unobstructed views of the East Pass and Gulf of Mexico. A private balcony lines the entire beach side of the unit providing gorgeous views of the Gulf Of Mexico and Destin's Scenic East Pass. Wake up to crystal blue water and snow white sand (both master and 2nd bedroom have balcony access), then end your day with the most incredible sunsets imaginable. WRAP AROUND VIEWS are absolutley breathtaking from the master bedroom. Pictures seen on listing are actual views from this unit.
Enjoy time playing tennis or working out in the fitness room while enjoying Harbor sights. Lounge at the pool while enjoying views of the exciting ativity of Destin's East Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.

We love getting on the boat and traveling to our favorite restaurants like HARBOR DOCKS or DEWEY DESTIN'S.....no traffic! Afterwards, it is great a take a ride through the Destin Harbor.

My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving here and it couldn't have been better. The view was breathtaking, and watching the dolphins was fun. The kitchen has everything you would need to put on a holiday dinner. Lots of pots, pans, and dishes. The decor was comfortable, very stylish and clean. Having a washer and dryer was nice. It's convenient location, makes it the perect place. We can't wait to return in the spring with our boat. The marina is an added plus.

We had a fabulous time! This corner unit was perfect for our two families. It was clean and a good size unit. Not only was the view beautiful, the sunset view was awesome. The beach nearby was perfect for our young toddlers without having to worry about them being swept up in an under-toe. It also was the best spot for snorkeling. The fishes were swimming literally around near our feet. Target and Winn Dixie was conveniently near. This was a much needed vacation. I hope to return again. Thank you Danielle!

My husband and I took 4 children and our boat and had the best vacation ever! The condo was absolutely perfect! I couldn't think of anything it didn't have. The location was ideal for boaters. We rented the boat slip, right behind the condo, and could be on crab island in a couple of minutes. We brought our snorkeling gear and had the jetties right outside for the best snorkeling in Destin. From our balcony we could see the fishing boats coming a going through the pass, dolphins, fireworks....too much to name. Thanks, Danielle, for a fabulous week....we will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Waterview Towers unit. The condo was very nicely decorated and clean and the views are some of the best in Destin. I would highly recommend this place to any of my family or friends. It is at a very convenient location for us, especially with bringing our boat. The owners were very nice and very accommodating. I'm looking forward to going back!!

We feel very blessed to have come across Danielle and this wonderful condo. We’ve been coming back to this unit for several years. It is our home away from home. The unit is very clean and beautifully decorated with nice ceramic floors and a long leather sofa and love seat in the living area. The beds are also very comfortable, and the washer and dryer are an extra plus. A large new refrigerator was also added last year. It is an end unit and very private. Holiday Isle is a very safe place to walk, ride bikes, fish or just sit and watch the sunsets. Extras from the balcony are watching the old airplanes perform, fireworks display (holidays), dauphins, kayaking and most of all we love watching the boats go in and out East Pass. Our favorite places to eat are Dewey Destin Seafood, Callahan’s, Another Broken Egg, Mellow Mushroom, and PF Changs.

Had a fantastic week! Place was perfect for me and my 3 children. It was very very nice, but not so perfect that I'd be afraid every time they sat down. Beds are incredibly comfy....living space nice and open.....INCREDIBLE views!! I'm telling you....it does not get amy better!

Danielle, Thank you so much for the last minute booking. We loved your condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Incredible views of the East Pass and Marlar Bridge. We got an extra treat with a ring side seat from the balcony of an air show. Got some great pictures. Also watched the Memorial Day fireworks from balcony while we ate pizza from Mellow Mushroom(another treat). The kids loved having their own room with the washer and dryer. They were excited about drying their own beach towels. Blessed and favored!

Unbelievable...This place is amazing! Danielle is the nicest hostess. We were only able to stay 2 nights this trip, but we are already planning our return. Everything was perfect. We could not have asked for more. The other residents were very friendly and helpful. I'm almost afraid to share this great place with everyone else!!! It may book up too quick. Thank you so much for sharing your unit with us. We enjoyed it very much! We have stayed at Waterview Towers the past few years & absolutely love it! We have been coming to Destin now for 12 years & it is by far the best place to stay. It has the best of both worlds! Enjoy awesome ocean views, sunsets, dolphins that swim right by, boats coming in & out of harbor, too much to name. Room was perfect for our family & look forward to renting again real soon.
