Located on Fort Myers Beach, at 5147 Estero Blvd., with a beautiful Gulf view in the front, and a canal and boat dock out back. Enjoy the privacy and luxury of this air conditioned, ranch home. Our home has two king-size and two queen-size beds, along with two full bathrooms and a private fenced back yard.
During peak season, we offer full concierge service for those who wish to relax and enjoy. Our concierge will handle everything for you, from buying groceries, picking up theatre tickets, renting boats and Harley's, to arranging an in-house massage. We also offer special occasion items. Such as fresh floral arrangements, fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, etc. Also available is daily housekeeping and turn down service.
Our home offers 2000 square feet of living space, which includes a formal living room, dining room, family room, kitchen with every amenity imaginable, Nautlis gym, 9 in 1 game table, laundry facilities, as well as your own private heated pool and jacuzzi under a screened in lanai. While smoking is strictly prohibited in our home, you may feel free to smoke outside anywhere on our professionally landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy fresh bananas and citrus fruits from the backyard. We do not allow any type of pets to accompany you on your visit to our home.
The master suite contains its own ceiling fan, 27" TV, telephone, DVD/VCR player, dual alarm clock with CD player, triple slider patio doors with direct access to the heated pool and spa, and ensuite bath. The master bath has dual sinks, a wall of mirrors, weight scale, and a separate toilet and shower area.
The second bedroom also has a king sized bed, 19" TV and alarm clock. While the third bedroom has a queen sized bed, alarm clock, and direct triple slider patio doors providing access to the pool and spa.
Our family room, which opens to the pool area, is used for relaxing, internet access, and enjoying the home theatre entertainment system. It contains a leather love seat and queen sized sleeper couch, along with a DVD player, 37" TV with home theatre, and stereo system which allows you to enjoy music both inside the house and outside in the pool area. We've also included many adult and children movies and books for your viewing and reading pleasure. Free high speed cable internet service is provided for your use during your stay. Just bring your laptop and hook up.
The formal dining room seats 8 comfortably and opens to the lanai. There is also additional dining/seating on the screened in lanai.
Keep in shape while on your vacation, with the use of our home gym or challenge someone to a game of pool or air hockey on our 9 in 1 game table.
Enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the Gulf of Mexico. We've tried to provide you with everything you need to make your vacation a memorable one. You'll find games for the kids, along with bikes for both the children and adults, gas grill BBQ, beach chairs, toys, pool floats, coolers, beach towels, all linens, starter soaps, toilet paper and paper towels, and a whole lot more.
Best of all we're located within walking distance to almost anything you may want to do or may need, and if you want to go further we're only one block from the Fort Myers Beach trolley stop. Grocery shopping couldn't be more convenient with the new Publix Store being only two blocks away.
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take the trolley to town (less than a 3 mile ride/walk) and enjoy a day or night out on the casino boat, or catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars.
Looking for something to do after the beach? Within walking distance you can find a golf course, library, movie theater and water park or there's a movie rental/video arcade gallery. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, nature hikes, the Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat adventure.
