North Shore Drive Multi-Generational Family Reunion/
Home/Cottage remodeled. First Street beach access directly kitty corner across street approx. 275 ft. to First Street Beach access (small beach). Sleeps 3 or 4 families comfortably. Several public beaches with 2 miles on North Shore Dr. 1.5 bike ride to town. Fire pit and gas grill included. Outdoor shower provided. Beautiful veranda with views and sounds of Lake Michigan. Large yard, lots of parking. There are 2 bikes if you choose to ride to the North Beach, South Beach or town.
The top level features 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with brand new quality king size beds. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel Frigidair appliances microwave, dishwasher & gas stove. There is a large table with seating to accommodate a large group. There are two full-size bathrooms on this floor along with a fireplace and 3 LCD TVs. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
The lower level features a full size bathroom and bedroom with a full size bunk bed and twin trundle, another room with a queen size murphy bed. There is also a family room area with TV & queen size sofa sleeper. There is a separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer.
You must be at least 25 to rent this property. This is a well-maintained home. No smoking inside please.

Why the Owner Chose South Haven
The home is located on North Shore Drive. You can actually hear the lake during every season. I live down the road and am able to care and maintain the home myself along with some help from the kids in the summer!
The Unique Benefits at this House
There is a firepit located in the secluded backyard. There is a firepit in the backyard for bonfires during those cool summer and fall nights! Two bikes are at the home for a quick bike ride to town!

I am a busy mom of a teenage boy and preteen triplet girls! My husband is a local business owner in downtown South Haven! Since we are a large family, I discovered during our travels that we were much more comfortable in a home rather than two hotel rooms.

A great place to stay near the beach. Barrie has done a marvellous job of renovation with luxurious details. The veranda is a great place to relax near Lake Michigan.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

This was our second summer vacation at this home! We really like it because it is so close to the beach, we however, have our own privacy in the back yard. We love the firepit. Our teenagers sleep on the lower level and have their own "space," tv, and dining table. The owner's have done a great job rennovating this home. The kitchen has all new appliances and lots of counter space. We will return!

Wow, what a week of fun in the sun. This location was everything we could ask for. The teenagers were able to ride bikes to the North Beach while us "older" family members went across the street. Plenty of room for all of us (14), plus Lake Michigan views from almost every window! Swimming, fires in the backyard and sandcastles! We enjoyed it so much that we are planning another week!

This house was great for our large group! We had plenty of room and the beach was so close. We loved the views from the balcony! Each night we enjoyed having a fire in the firepit at night. The yard was large enough to have a few volleyball games too! We were very comfortable here and the house was very clean! We will be planning another trip soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The beach was so close and the Lake Michigan views were wonderful! Although the teenagers in the group bike rode to the North Beach! This home is set up with two levels, the lower was great for the kids and the top level was nice for the adults! Fantastic having three king size beds that were comfortable. The Golden Brown Bakery was great for breakfast and donuts! We loved everything. Each night we gathered by the firepit! Thank you again, Barrie! We will definately be back!
