Enjoy our beautiful private sandy beach or a few laps in our lovely heated pool, surrounded by lounges and tiki huts. Also available is a shuffle board and horseshoe court for your entertainment. Nearby are restaurants for every budget and taste, lounges, grocery stores, shopping malls, and a golf course.
Just offshore is our famous coral reef. Nearby dive boats show you the wonders of the undersea world. Scuba diving and snorkeling lessons as well as guides are also available.
We're located right in the middle of the world class Florida Keys fishing grounds. Our condos have two bedrooms, two baths, and fully-equipped kitchens. Laundry facilities are available. Sorry no pets, trailers, or boats.

Why the Owner Chose Key Colony Beach
We began coming to the "KEYS" about 20-years ago because we wanted to make sure that our week of vacation would be sunny weather. South Florida in January and February sometimes proved to be too chilly, so we headed down further into the tropics (KEYS) while still staying in the good old USA. We came to Key Colony Beach the first time and now come back down every chance we get, 3,4 or sometimes 5 times a year.......all times of the year. We love area, we love the KEYS!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Within the last 2-years, we completed a 2-year upgrade of our specific condo inside and outside by replacing the walls, carpeting, furniture, beds and expanding the kitchen with all new cabinets with granite countertops.......its beautiful.......you'll love our accomodations! We have a lovely view of the ocean and our beautifully landscaped grounds leading to the ocean with a private beach where you can wade in or just lay back on one of our many beach chaises. We are located on an island Key Colony Beach which insures security and quiet surroundings...........just sit back on our balcony or on the beach or at the Tiki and take in the salty air and RELAX!
Within walking distance...considered to be by locals a top reted eating establihment.
Care to dine on the water....we recommend this restaurant...sometimes live entertainment.
A great place to enjoy an adult beverage, a sandwich, or dinner right on the deck overlooking the Atlantic.....excellent!

I'm Butch Krueger! I live in the metro area of Toledo Ohio with my wife Ginny. I am employed in the stone industry in this area, although we serve a 5-state area surrounding Ohio. We together have 4-children and 7-grandchildren all of us residing here in the same zip code. I have been in business for over 30-years and see no end in sight. I work hard and we vacation, in the beautiful Florida Keys whenever we can...........we have called it "Paradise" on earth.
