"Stay here! The City of Key Colony Beach is the perfect location in the middle of the keys. Away from the crazy of Key Largo and Islamadora. We flew into Fort Lauderdale, rented a car and drove down, making stops at National Parks along the way. We stocked up on groceries for the week at Walmart in Florida City, but replenished our fresh fruits and veggies locally at the Winn Dixie. In a pinch we even found the closest Walgreens also had exactly what we needed. We were able to take easy morning trips either north or south and then enjoy Inch Beach all afternoon. We loved using Inch Beach because it was clean, quiet, and we brought our own cooler of snacks and beverages. While we could've walked the short distance to Inch Beach we found easier to drive with the cooler, beach toys, and teen in tow. NBB is exactly as pictured. Cute, clean, and smells inviting (I know, sounds strange but good smell is important). We found absolutely everything we needed including kabob skewers! Neighborhood is safe and neighbors are very nice. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the patio overlooking the canal. Saw a manatee - so cool! Went for a walk, easily accessible to everything. We were able to make a day trip to the Dry Tortugas, morning trips to: Key West, Bahia Honda State Park, Sombrero Beach, John Pennekamp State Park, and Theater of the Seas. We would stay here again!"

"We stayed at Diane's condo for almost 2 weeks, and our experience was great! Diane had lots of extras to make our stay more pleasant (sand chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, etc). Hubby and I are already trying to plan a trip for next year. The unit is very convenient to beach, and we had our coffee out by the water almost every morning. Love the quiet of Key Colony Beach, and Sea Isle is a small complex, which I prefer. The beds were comfortable and the unit is well equipped with TV's in every room, though the only time we used was late at night when we were ready to retire for the evening. Diane has the unit stocked with condiments in the fridge, and a small assortment of everyday items like flour, coffee, tea, spices, etc. There is also plenty of towels, including beach towels. All we really needed to bring was clothes (not many) and swim wear! Walked to Key Colony Inn for dinner one evening and it is awesome! Would love to rent bikes next time and explore the entire community. Diane is great at communicating, and her rental process is very organized. We can't wait to return to Key Colony Beach!"

"Had a great time at Margo"S Place. Was very clean and spacious. Located in a wonderful quite community that is centrally located. The boys spent the evening fishing off the back dock. Also rented a 28 foot fishing boat at the Marina located in the community and docked it at the house. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will definitely be back."

"This slice of paradise that Cheryl and Freddie shared with us was exactly that! When we arrived this beautiful home was so much more than we expected! First, the booking experience and communication between us and the Fosters was quick and friendly! They answered every question we had the same day we asked. When we arrived for our vacation this home was extremely clean and welcoming! We rented a boat and kept it right out the back door for easy use as well. The patio was clean and the decor was very relaxing! The fish in the water was so much fun to watch as well as the beautiful iguanas that visit during the day! We had 6 of us staying there and there was more than enough room for all of us! Our kids absolutely loved the home as well! The only thing negative was having to leave this beautiful home that was shared with us! When we are able to plan another trip to key colony this is the first and hopefully the only house we will see is available! The community was very friendly and welcoming as well. Everyone we ran into knew the Fosters and told us how wonderful they are! We can see this in how well kept and inviting their home is! If it is available we highly recommend you stay here!!!! Not only will you have a beautiful home to stay in you will also have amazing people there for you if you need anything!"
