  • Living in Paradise!

"We were so happy that this place was as nice as it looked...and MORE! The views were amazing, the location was perfect. It was very spacious to accommodate my family of four, and we all had a busy, fun and relaxing time. We fished off the pier, ate at nearby restaurants, went on shell walks and snorkeled at the beach right outside our door. In addition, snorkel trips, boat rentals, kayak rentals, are all nearby and we enjoyed them all! The grounds are lovely and well kept. The sea grass was NOT an issue at this complex as it may be at others. The rental and check in process were seamless and the onsite manager easily available and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope we can come back again! Thank you for a most memorable family vacation!!"

  • Spectacular Home!!!

"We have stayed in Key Colony Beach many times over the years, but nothing compares to Casa Sueño del Mar! We couldn't believe how beautiful and well appointed the house was! Everything is brand new. It looks like a model home! The house is spacious and extremely comfortable. It was wonderful having our own private pool. The kids loved fishing off the dock, and we loved having the afternoon shade on the back patio due to its eastern exposure. We brought a boat and enjoyed the easy access to the Atlantic. We also loved the location. It was close to everything. We started our mornings at LeighAnne's for coffee and breakfast, and ended many afternoons at Sparky's for cocktails and dinner. We can't wait to come back to this gorgeous home next year!!"

  • Margo's Place

"When we arrived, we found that the air conditioning was broken and it was 93 degrees in the home. We called the unit contact and it was fixed within an hour. The unit itself is lovely but the linens smell like mildew no matter what we put on them to dispel the odor. We had a very relaxing time and would probably rent from them again. A suggestion would be to install lighting down on the dock for night fishing. The one small light that is down there is totally insufficient to be able to see anything."

  • Our Standards Have Been Raised

"My wife, myself and two dear friends had a wonderful week in Casa Mar Azul III and have developed a new set of standards for future vacation rentals as a result of what we had available to us here. The new standards are: + must have own pool.....the experience at CMAIII of having our own (heated) pool right outside the sliding glass door was a game changer. When we got up in the morning we hopped in the pool, when we got back from tennis we hopped in the pool, after we watched the sun go down we hopped in the pool and before we went to bed we hopped in the pool. + we must be in walking distance to all of the ammenities of the area.....we walked to two of the best restaurants in the area (Sparky's and Key Colony Inn), we walked to the dive shop (next door to Sparky's) for our snorkeling excursions, we walked to the tennis courts, we walked to the golf course, we walked everywhere. + we must be in an area that has control over the standards of the community..... KCB has its own beautiful parks, its own playgrounds, its own police, its own maintenance (everything mowed and trash free) and its own sense of community. + we must have a home that comfortably accommodates 6 people and all of their needs.....eventhough there were only four of us it was nice to have three bedrooms (light sleeper, afternoon nap, etc.), some of us watched TV/while others surfed the net/while others prepared a meal/while others took a shower/while others were in the pool and no one felt cramped or their space invaded. In a "nut shell" we have now been spoiled."
