"We booked one side of duplex and my brother had the other side, it was extremely clean and had everything you could think of stocked in it. The dock out back was great, the kids had fun with the lights under water to see fish at night and it was very easy to get to the Gulf or Atlantic for fishing or getting lobster. We had a blast and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks where to stay and when we go back we will definitely book with you!"

"We actually came back to this same great vacation house a year later. It was still as fantastically equiped as last year. We had a great time and love Key Colony Beach! The owners are fantastic and easy to work with."

"We had an awesome time in Marathon, based in a fantastic home. Hammerhead is really nice - beautifully decorated, great location. Great value. Natalie was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely rent this place again!!"

"Stay here! The City of Key Colony Beach is the perfect location in the middle of the keys. Away from the crazy of Key Largo and Islamadora. We flew into Fort Lauderdale, rented a car and drove down, making stops at National Parks along the way. We stocked up on groceries for the week at Walmart in Florida City, but replenished our fresh fruits and veggies locally at the Winn Dixie. In a pinch we even found the closest Walgreens also had exactly what we needed. We were able to take easy morning trips either north or south and then enjoy Inch Beach all afternoon. We loved using Inch Beach because it was clean, quiet, and we brought our own cooler of snacks and beverages. While we could've walked the short distance to Inch Beach we found easier to drive with the cooler, beach toys, and teen in tow. NBB is exactly as pictured. Cute, clean, and smells inviting (I know, sounds strange but good smell is important). We found absolutely everything we needed including kabob skewers! Neighborhood is safe and neighbors are very nice. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the patio overlooking the canal. Saw a manatee - so cool! Went for a walk, easily accessible to everything. We were able to make a day trip to the Dry Tortugas, morning trips to: Key West, Bahia Honda State Park, Sombrero Beach, John Pennekamp State Park, and Theater of the Seas. We would stay here again!"
