Papa Ouli's two bedroom, three bath townhome in Kihei is just feet from Waiohuli Beach where you can experience stunning sunset views and the privacy of spacious living.
This bright,homey townhome is a split-level unit which occupies one half of a duplex. There are two bedrooms and three baths, with a pull-out futon in the living room, comfortably sleeps six.
A private sauna and private master bedroom jacuzzi tub add a touch of luxury.

The townhome is half of a duplex, with no neighbors above or below. The next door townhome is available and convenient for parties of more than 6ppl. Both townhomes can accommodate a party of 12-14ppl.

May I start by saying that the pictures do no justice to this place. Papa Ouli's townhome exceeded my expectations. We drove excitedly up the secluded, shady dirveway to the back entrance of the home. As we entered the home we were greeted with warm family pictures, then the most amazing view. I stopped in awe at how beautiful the scenery was looking out of the sliding glass doors that opened to the lanai. At this point I could have been in a hut and not even cared. Luckily, Papa Ouli’s home was far from a hut. The three stories house many fine amenities such as tile floors, loads of literature and books on Maui, fluffy towels, beach towels, great cookware and eating ware (which is very difficult to find in a rental), a blender for those delicious evening cocktails, a flat screen TV, a dry sauna, a private lanai off the master suite which also had a Jacuzzi tub (my toddler loved it)… the list could go on. The house was clean and well kept. Staying there for two weeks proved that keeping this place clean was quite a task, so I really appreciated it. There is a washer a dryer that work great so you can have clean towels every day. We shared a little charcoal grill with the neighbors with no problems. One of my favorite parts of this house was waking up to the sun coming into the large east facing window in the master bedroom and falling asleep to the lull of the ocean surf right outside in the evening. We ate dinner most nights watching the sunset in the peaceful quiet night air on the main level lanai. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. Even the gecko’s were adorable. I wondered how they flourished there because I don’t remember seeing hardly any bugs. The location in Kihei was perfect. It was away from the busy touristy spots, but central enough to get anywhere quickly. Did I mention that the beach was only steps away? It is a very quiet beach, probably because most of the establishments there were private. On occasion we would spot a group of homeless people, but they did not ever bother anybody. There is a local store just up the street, walking distance, on the corner. I highly recommend that you shop there. The prices were good, and they have a lot of local foods. There is also a street market not far from the store. We had a wonderful time and would like to thank Papa Ouli from the bottom of our hearts. We were able to find a little peace, just what we needed. Mahalo :o)

BRUCE AND FAMILY HAVE BEEN SO KIND TO ME AND MY WIFE FOR OVER 11 STRAIGHT YEARS VACATIONING AT PAPAS OULI'S TOWN HOME-WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! A PRIVATE SECLUDED HOME 40 FEET FROM THE WATER-GREAT VIEWS THAT I HAVE NEVER GOT TIRED OF!!! CLOSE TO MY CHURCH,FOOD AND BANK (YES, I BOUGHT A HOME TO RETIRE A FEW BLOCKS AWAY AND THE DREAM AND MAUI LIFESTYLE ALL STARTED AT PAPA OULI'S TOWN HOME! This was our 5th visit to the amazing island of Maui. This town home is situated in Kihei, with the most consistent weather on the island. The views from the property are spectacular and the location is very close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Our kids enjoyed playing in the yard and we all enjoyed strolling down the beach. The home is well renovated and modern, as well as spacious, comfortable, and clean - boasting all the comforts of home. It was the perfect central spot to fully enjoy all Maui has to offer, with easy access to travel to the many beaches and attractions the island is famous for. We would definately rent here again the next time we visit.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
