  We booked #165606 for a week to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. It was my 4th visit to PCB and the first for him. Our first time to stay in this condo.....it was WONDERFUL! Very nice and convenient and our weather was perfect until the last day, which was very windy and raining, but we still had a blast! Working with Jennifer was a delight and we will be back to stay a whole month, God willing!!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

  My husband and I went for a getaway for our 12th anniversary. When we first arrived the condo was very clean and the decor was very nice also. Gave my husband ideas for decorations, so we went and found a picture similar to the one in the bedroom.Jennifer the owner was very nice and friendly.My husband and I have been coming to PCB for over 8 years and this have been the best condo so far.The last one that we stayed in was at the Emerald Beach Resort but this one tops that. We will be plannig a trip back soon. We had no complaints at all.

  My husband and I have been coming to PCB for over 8 years and have stayed in several condos and this one was the best. We last stayed at Emerald Beach Resort and that was nothing compared to this. The owner, Jennifer was very nice from the beiginning to the end of our trip. My husband say that we have found a new spot. The condo was very clean. I cant find anything to complain about the stay.

  My family of 4 (wife, twin boys age 9) stayed at this condo during our spring break in March. It was wonderful. We had a great time at PCB. The beach is amazing, white sands, clear aqua-marine water. The balcony had a fantastic view and the sounds of the surf is so relaxing. We used the beach service which really was easy and provided us a perfect spot with comfy lounges and a shade umbrella too, right near the water. We loved all the things to do in PCB. The restaurants are great. The shopping at Pier Park was fun, and it was right down the road. Lots of mini golf and go kart racing all over PCB. We especially enjoyed going to St.Andrews state park and renting the Pontoon boat for the day. We did that twice during our stay and it was awesome and affordable! Dolphin encounters galore! The fishing was extraordinary, we caught so many Spanish Mackerale it was ridiculous! And we weren't even expecting to go fishing! The best was taking the pontoon over to Shell Island......that was by far the greatest experience during the week. An absolute MUST DO! All in all, PCB was great, and the comfort and location of this condo was spot on! Jennifer was great to work with and was so helpful throughout the entire rental process. She was only a txt or phone call away, and I appreciated how she looked out for us!! :)

  This was our 2nd year at the Tidewater and we plan to visit again in the future. The property we rented was an excellent choice, very easy process and everything was just as it was listed. We espicially enjoyed the beach service that was included.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  - Beautiful condo, great location - near Pier Park (walked there almost every day) - great restaurants/entertainment (especially at Tootsies) /shops - Loved having the Beach Service - white sands - blue/green water - Parasailing/Jet Skiing - Saw dolphins in the morning from the balcony. Thanks Jennifer, it was a dream vacation! I am definitely coming back to Tidewater as soon as I can!

  Thank you so much for sharing your condo in PCB. I had forgotten the beauty of the beauty of the blue green ocean and white soft sand. You made a wise choice when picking Tidewater Resort - fun activities were very accessible. Because the weather was great, we were able to swim in the ocean several times. We took a day trip to "adventures unlimited" in Milton, Fl. Coldwater creek was a 3.5 hour trip by kayak from their area. We enjoyed watching people kayak on the ocean in front of your condo,too. We enjoyed fishing and laying on the beach reading. We thank you for the use of your beautiful condo. It was a relaxing and restorative trip!

  That tells it all!!! The view, the condition of the condo, everything you need and more!!!! Plus the added beach service made it even more enjoyable. Will definitely be back next year!!!! Jennifer answered all my pre-vacation questions promptly. Bed was very comfortable as is the living room furniture. Bunk beds would come in handy for a family with small children. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby within easy walking distance to Pier Park!!!!!

  We stayed at Tidewater Labor Day Weekend. This is our 3rd year coming to PCB for this weekend. Second time staying at Tidewater, first time this unit. We really enjoyed this unit, great decor, perfect floor location. Stayed last year on the 25th floor. We dealt with Jennifer in renting this unit. Wonderful person to talk with. Our vacation started out with a tropical storm (first time we ever experienced this at the beach). When it was time for us to leave, the weather turned out to be beautiful. The unit was still available at this time and Jennifer was gracious enough to allow us to extend our vacation at a rate we could not refuse. Thank you again! Even though the weather started out rough we had a great time. Highly recommend this unit. Coming this time of the year is awesome, things are still open and not as crowed. Things to do: Eat at Dusty's (walking distance from condo - fried shrimp & oysters) - walk to Pier Park from the beach (great walk), then go over and get yourself a burger from Five Guys, Yum - Like steamed shrimp, go to Buddy's Seafood Market (the best) - Don't forget Thomas Donuts (down the street from Tidewater), must get there early for homemade donuts or they are picked over (usually there is a line of people waiting, but worth it). Go to Wal-Mart to get groceries and booze (best prices). Will be back again next year, starting a family tradition for this time of year. Found lots of beautiful shells on the beach, took long walks, enjoyed the dolphins performing for us every day and other marine life spotted from balcony. Tidewater is not a party condo, if looking for this - stay away. Great place for families that just want to enjoy the beach and their surroundings. Forget to mention property was clean and well maintained - Would recommend to all!! Great Stay!!!
